  We had the pleasure of staying at this property for the week of Christmas 2011. The three bedrooms worked out perfectly for our group of six! If you have four kids in your party then I am sure you would surely appreciate the extra set of bunk beds in the third bedroom too. One of my FAVORITE features was the oversized two car garage! This may not be important to many readers, but I was able to park our SUV with the Thule top-box still on the truck in the garage! This was a plus for me as I could safely park both vehicles in the garage and keep all of the ski gear in the top-box between ski days. I have never had a rental with this feature... Other highlights include the completely stocked kitchen, the large gas grill, the fireplace with a remote control, the proximity to restaurants & shopping, and the overall comfort of this house. I am surely going to consider going back, Steve

  Our family had a great time in Pagosa Springs this summer. Craig's house is in a perfect spot to bike to dinner or to the grocery store to pick up supplies. Very clean and well equiped. We spent a lot of time on the new back deck enjoying the surroundings (and deer). Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners, sightseeing.

  My Wife, Kids, and brother and I all had a wonderful time in this great house. The ranch-style layout and the open neighborhood is very well located for getting out to Pagosa, shopping. I loved this house and we had a great time.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  I'm Issac and me and my family are from New Mexico, we're having a blast. I like the moose over the fireplace. I can I'm Briana, my family's from New Mexico. This house is wonderful to stay in. It is very clean! Thank you for lending it to us.

  It is obvious that your Bullwinkle cabin is more than a rental, it's your home. Thank you for your hospitality, we had everything we could possibly need. We had a wonderful time and a couple of us learned to ski for the first time. Thanks you again, hopefully we can come back again. God bless you and your family.

  Dear Craig and Mable, We loved your beautiful cabin. Bullwinkle was the best. By the third rum and coke on New Years my dad was sure Bullwinkle was winking at him. ! really like the way your house is designed. Everything is so convenient. We really had a wonderful time.
