What one seeks in vain in most of Tuscany, which brings together over 100 years old Casa Ulivo in a unique way: rural idyll, and yet the sea and the sandy beaches within easy reach. On the large sunny terrace in front of the house you can relax in the idyllic rural tranquility and beautiful. Inside the house is the spacious living and dining room (satellite TV) with beautifully preserved arches divided into several areas. The kitchen is separate and spacious. The ground floor also a bathroom (shower / WC) is. The first floor has three tastefully decorated bedrooms and a second bathroom (shower / WC). The balcony with stunning views to the sea loads - one with an ancient sundial to be - filled with olive trees away. In the garden there is also a traditional stone oven pizza available. The removal of the first shops of Marina di Camerota is 3 km, sandy beach 3.5 km. You can park your car on the property.
