Why the Owner Chose Payson
My husband and I bought our vacation home about 3 years ago. We love the location as it is such an easy drive from Scottsdale and the surrounding areas. Unfortunately, we are only able to use our vacation rental about 6 times a year. This is why we decided to start using it as a vacation rental. It was love at first sight when walked through the front door of our cabin - the views are breathtaking. This is a great get away to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. We often see elk walking through the neighborhhod.
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin
We love hanging out on the deck which is huge and has the most beautiful and breathtaking views of the mountains and forest. This place is so relaxing and tranquil.
Often we will see a deer or elk right behind our property while sitting on the deck.
In the winter time we love to have the fire lit in the fireplace and watch a movie. We will often drive up to the Mogollon Rim ( about 25 miles east) and play in the snow.
We have had some magical holidays there too.
