Experience the coast of Mexico at Villa Tintoc. A magnificent
luxurious penthouse condominium located in the exclusive
beachfront gated community of Punta Esmeralda! Located on the
coast, 25 minutes north of old-town Puerto Vallarta and 20
minutes south of the charming beach towns of Sayulita and Punta de Mita.
This is a spacious 4000 sq. ft., 2 level penthouse with all the
amenities. The interiors have been designed with exquisite
contemporary coastal Mexican décor that make this a truly
luxurious experience. A dramatic traditional Mexican style
Palapa covers the main living and dining room with sliding glass
doors that disappear to reveal the spacious private terrace with
an infinity edge plunge pool. Relax and enjoy the 180 degree
views of Banderas Bay, Sierra Madre Mountains and Vallarta’s
coastline. In the morning, you’ll awaken to the magical
“watercolor” sunrises. During the day catch a glimpse of whales
playing in the bay or in the evening, enjoy a cocktail as
you take in the incredible sunsets and the twinkling lights of
Puerto Vallarta.
Each of the three bedroom suites offers the ultimate in privacy
and luxury with large spacious terraces and seating areas. There
are 2 suites with a king size bed and one with queen bed. Each
with a luxurious private en suite bath and all with ocean views,
spacious built-in closets, linens and towels. The media
room/den doubles as the fourth bedroom suite providing 2 twin
beds, again with its own exclusive bath area. Relax while
watching television, a DVD or bring your iPod to enjoy music on
the docking stations provided. The unit also has free
wireless internet access so you can enjoy the convenience of
checking your emails as you lounge comfortably on the terrace
while taking in the sun and breathtaking views.
Make yourself at home in the very spacious, fully equipped
gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel GE
appliances and a purified water filtration system for drinking water.
The penthouse also includes a laundry room with a washer and
dryer and A/C throughout that is individually controlled in each
room. There is underground parking with 2 reserved spaces for
your use and an elevator to the unit.
The 20 acre private residence community features the following:
24 Hour Gated Security, 8 large infinity edge pools, several
comfortable and quiet lounging areas, beach Volleyball, 2
lighted tennis courts, fully equipped gym with views of Banderas
Bay, SPA with massage services, Jacuzzi, steam

charming towns of Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle are just a short 5 minute drive. They offer a variety of local shops and
excellent restaurants for your authentic Mexican Riviera
experience! There are many beautiful beaches and beach towns to explore as you drive along the coast.
The popular Flamingo golf club – an 18 hole championship golf
course, is five minutes away. Yacht owners and sailors can dock
at the new Marina at La Cruz just 10 minutes away. Water sports
and horse-back riding on the beach are easily arranged. Also
nearby, take a canopy ride in the jungle, swim with the
dolphins, or enjoy the many historical and ecological adventures
offered by local tour companies.
