The 3 bedroom apartment covers approximately 100 square meters on two floors of a former Court building in 1890 and has its own entrance, a large patio surrounded by flower beds and a private parking space. The apartment was completed in 2011 complete with a clear design concept of well-being newly finished. From the small entrance hall on the ground floor you reach the spacious living-dining room and a guest toilet and a utility room with washing machine. The living-dining room has a modern open kitchen, which has all facilities for self-sufficiency. To relax on the couch watching TV with friends or inviting the living area. Upstairs are two bedrooms and spacious bathroom with toilet and daylight, and a cozy reading corner. The 'Green Bedroom' can be used as a double-or two-bed rooms. The second Bedroom has a king-size bed-bed (120 cm) and a bunk bed.
