We chose to purchase this condo because:
1) New Smyrna Beach is one of the best beaches in Florida and is very family-friendly.
2) The condo is a 3 bedroom with plenty of space (over 1,600 sq ft) and a great view of the ocean.
3) The condominium itself (Moontide Condominium) is very cleaned and well maintained by the on-site property management staff.

Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen, with updated refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Our condo overlooks both the beach and the pool with a great picture window.

Moved to Orlando Florida in 1979 from Lansing, Michigan (Go Spartans!!). Have been enjoying New Smyrna Beach for over 30 years and is still my favorite beach in Florida!
