With the VRBO and late booking discounts, it's a good value. Property needs an overall upgrade with paint/paper, decor, door screens, flooring and bathrooms etc. (not a lot of money but you could increase the price after). Pizza restaurant and wine bar & grill right down the block are great values with very good non chain food. Moontide office and maintenance are above average. Handicap friendly and underground parking a plus. Even with Debbie on the scene, my Grandkids loved it! I would definitely recommend to family and friendsRecommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Moved to Orlando Florida in 1979 from Lansing, Michigan (Go Spartans!!). Have been enjoying New Smyrna Beach for over 30 years and is still my favorite beach in Florida!

1) New Smyrna Beach is one of the best beaches in Florida and is very family-friendly.
2) The condo is a 3 bedroom with plenty of space (over 1,600 sq ft) and a great view of the ocean.
3) The condominium itself (Moontide Condominium) is very clean and well maintained by the on-site property management staff.
