In the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley lies a welcoming oasis, a completely remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home, "Casa de las Palmas".

The owners have made sure their guests feel completely at home from state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen to an open dining area and family room. Pull up to the kitchen bar top or dine formally. The master bath has a large walk in tile shower and each bedroom is uniquely decorated.

The living room welcomes a weary traveler as you look through a twelve foot sliding door onto a redwood deck. The deck, complete with fire pit is nestled under a giant sycamore tree. The 1/4 acre yard has fruit trees and seasonal kitchen garden for your enjoyment.

A bottle of local wine and flowers greet your arrival. Specialty gift packages available upon request for an additional charge.

The beach is only 10 minutes away, and 2 minutes to world class horse facilities, i.e. Monty Roberts Flag Is Up, renown wineries are only 5 minutes away, i.e. [Foley, Babcock, Sanford, Lafond]. Hop on the 101 Fwy North and you will arrive at famous Los Olivos with wineries and restaurants that will satisfy any palate. Within walking distance from the house are coffee shops, bakeries, a grocery store, and gourmet restaurants, i.e. The Hitching Post, A.J. Spurs, and Firestone Brewery.
