Why the Owner Chose Other Bonita Beach Properties
Finding a condominium in the Naples area that allows guests to rent for less than a month is a rarity. Bonita Village allows weekly rentals. Also, it is brand new. The location is centrally located with easy access to beautiful sand beaches to the west, Naples, Florida to the south, and Bonita Springs/Estero just to the north. The community is within a 15-20 minute drive to Ft Myers Southwest International Airport. You can walk to grocery stores, mini-golf, restaurants and the shops. There is a convenient beach shuttle, so no need to worry about where to park at the Beach.

What guests love is the intimate resort lifestyle offered at Bonita Village. The huge free form pool is incredible with the dramatic stone waterfall and the beach style walk in entry great for non-swimmers, small children, and those who just want to wade in the refreshing clean water. The two story clubhouse has a oversized state of the art fitness center. And, being a fitness nut, I will promise you will rave about the quality of the work out equipment, which is not your typical condo/hotel cheap stuff you can get hurt on. We love to drive the 3-4 miles north to the new Coconut Point Mall, which is an ultra upscale shopping and dining center with an incredible new movieplex. Head to Naples and take in a show at the Naples Philharmonic Performing Arts Center. Best of all, you'll feel refreshed and relaxed after staying at Bonita Village.

David & Erin Brown are both originally from Bangor, Maine and moved to Naples, Florida in 1998 with their two children.
"We visited for the first time in the winter of 1998 and as soon as we arrived in Naples we knew we wanted to call this our home."
We want our guests to enjoy the Naples/ Bonita Springs area as much as we do. We know that vacations are special times for couples and families and we do whatever we can to add something extra, which is the personal contact we make with each guest. We make ourselves available during their vacation and we personally inspect our condo before and after each stay to make sure the condition and cleanliness is up to to the highest standards. Our goal is to make this a memorable stay, not just a vacation. We are so pleased that our guests have responded with excellent feedback and praise for our efforts. EVERYTHING that was described was accurate, plus some. We didn't expect the details of beach chairs, floatables, coolers, and other such comforts as you'd find in your own home, available for our use. PERFECT accommodations for my family of 3 - me and two children, ages 9 and 18. My 18 year old could not get over how awesome the property was, loved the pool and the health club, not to mention the big screen TVs and pool table there. My 9 year old would have been content to have spent everyday at the pool, loving the waterfall and size of the swim area. I LOVED the location and proximity to the beaches - Barefoot Beach and Lover's Key State Park. Having been a part-time resident of Naples for 10 years, I had a general idea of where I would want to stay and this place fulfilled ALL of my expectations. The owner's are professional, thorough and detailed. The only trepidation I have in sharing information is that this property may not be free for our return trip! Thank you for a lovely time and for sharing your home with others. I am grateful.

We stayed for the month of January and would have loved to stay for February too! The condo is decorated to give you all the comforts of home and more. We have several friends that own at Bonita Village and our condo was the place to gather and watch a football game or movie and have fun. You will be close to everything shopping, restaurants and the beach. We spent alot of time poolside and enjoyed the use of the Tiki Bar for lunch. Everyone that came in said the condo had the best view of the pool and waterfall. David Brown was great and will respond immediately to any questions or concerns you might have. Thanks again for leasing to us and we look forward to coming agin!

The condo was very well decorated and had everything we needed. The arrangements were easy and everything came together perfectly. The ONLY downfall was the cockroaches we encountered in the main facility and a few at night in the condo. I believe it was a problem with the property and not the condo or how you keep it. The place was clean and did not show any signs for these unwanted guests to be there. We look forward to coming back in the future.
Owner response:We have rented our beautiful condo out to guests for nearly three years and we work extra hard to make it fabulous and impeccable. Over that time, we have not had a single negative comment posted or any complaints (see all the reviews) and have received 5 or 5 stars on every single review. Certainly pests are a part of being in Florida, but our condo community has regular exterior and interior spraying. We contacted the pest company upon seeing this review to have our condo re-treated. Although it is impossible to keep bugs out 100% of the time, just as in any hotel or condo in Florida, our condo has been and does receive regular pest treatment and we can assure you this will not be an issue we would tolerate. This is our second time staying at Bonita Village and renting from David and Erin. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with this unit, the complex, and how easy and accommodating David is with the rental process. He was always available to answer our questions and provide us with whatever information or advice we needed to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The condo has everything you need to completely enjoy your vacation and is exactly as described. We have always found it to be kept exceptionally clean and in excellent condition. We thoroughly enjoy the complex and all the amenities of the property. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and the complex is just the right size so that you can enjoy lounging by the pool and swimming without feeling crowded. The Fitness Center is kept clean with all machines in excellent condition and includes everything you need for an energizing workout. Bonita Village’s location is great with quick and easy access to wherever you want to go. The beaches, shopping, and dining, are all right there. Our Family enjoys this area of Florida and we are looking forward to returning for our next winter vacation

Our week long stay at the Bonita Village condominium was wonderful! The condo was like new, clean, beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed during our stay. The view - overlooking the pool - from the lanai was fantastic. We spent may of our free hours on the lanai relaxing and many mornings having breakfast - so peaceful. The condominiums are located very near a beautiful beach, shopping, restaurants and just about everything one needs on vacation. The complex has a well equipped workout facility and spacious game/recreation room and a beautiful large pool plus a smaller "quiet" pool. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We couldn't have found a better place to stay. We loved walking the beach each morning and laying around the pools in the afternoon most days. The hardest part was deciding where to have dinner since there are so many great restaurants nearby. Besides dinner, there are also some fun places for breakfast. Before we arrived, the owner provided details on everything we needed to know, and there was never a need to call him during our stay - he was so well organized. We highly recommend this condo and plan to return again in the fall or spring.

Our stay at Bonita Village exceeded all our expectations! This was our first time renting from David and Erin. David was very prompt to respond to our questions and was very easy to work with. The website pictures are very accurate. The condo was very luxurious and had lots of extras (beach towels, sand bucket/shovels, beach chairs, cooler, laundry detergent).We loved eating on the Lanai each morning for breakfast and enjoyed just relaxing there too. The Groggy Frog Tiki Hut, BBQ grill, and the excercise room are wonderful amentities to the property. The pool with zero entry was excellent for our two little girls. The property, grounds, and condo are very well maintained. It is a few minutes drive to Barefoot Beach, Lover's Key State Park, the Zoo, and Putt Putt golf. Coconut Jack's and Randy's Fishmarket were great spots to eat. We enjoyed our sunset cruise in Naples and our 1/2 day trip to Sanibel Island all close attractions to Bonita Village. We would love to return again and highly recommend this condo to friends/family or anyone needing a beautiful place to stay in FL.

Three best friends, We spent a wonderful vacation at this beautiful residence. It was first class in every way & tastefully decorated. From waking up in the morning and sitting out in the private balcony with an attractive view of the Tropical pool... ,spa... and with the sound of the beautiful Waterfalls..... Within walking distance to the restaurants... to the ease of leaving you car behind and taking the beach shuttle or hopping on a real Trolley to the beach only 50 cents each way... Having lunch at Doc's on the beach .. great food and spectacular views of the Beautiful Beach a must ... Thanks For Everything.

Our family had a wonderful stay at David and Erin's beautiful condo in Bonita Village. The pictures very accurately reflect the views from the condo as well as the layout and decor. The condo was bright and cheery and so very clean. It felt like our home away from home. Our children range in age from 15 down to 4 1/2 and they all had a wonderful time as well. They loved the pool! The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach or the pool (from beach toys to coolers to chairs and towels). David and Erin were great to work with and went out of their way to make sure we were pleased with the condo and having a great time. The location is absolutely perfect. You are minutes away from great restaurants, shopping and the beach. Downtown Naples is an easy trip as well. If you are looking for the perfect spot in Floriday to stay, this is it. Thank you David and Erin for a wonderful trip. We miss it already and hope to be back!

What a wonderful Condo, you didn't forget anything......we truly hated to leave, I wish we could have stayed longer. I can't begin to say how much we enjoyed our stay. Everything was close Coconut Point shopping, movies, etc. Wonderful places to eat close by as well as the Beach., we truly couldn't have asked for more. the Condo was comfortable & everthing we needed was there.....you thought of it all.
