We had a very pleasing stay at this unit as everthing was like the photos. We also had good weather to use the pool etc. When a problem came up with the tv David came shortly after we called and re-programmed it and everything was fine after that. Check out was easy.

This is a great property! My husband and 2 kids just returned and we had a great time. The owner David was extremely helpful and always available. The condo is spacious, clean with all the modern amenities. Why go to a hotel? The pool was fantastic especially with small children! There are tons of great restaurants near by but we also used the outdoor grill and had a few dinners on the deck. Thank you for a wonderful time and your place is amazing!!!

Owner response:Thank you for the kind words! Unlike most owners who are either out of state or country, we live 30 minutes away year round. We inspect the condo on check in day and personally do all the final touches such as setting the lights and music, restocking the condo and setting out many items you won't see in typical rentals such as custom soaps, fresh linens, special occasion champagne, and making sure the place is spotless. We love having families stay with us and we agree the resort pool is fabulous with the wide beach style entry, great for infants and young toddlers who are learning to swim or are timid about climbing in a traditional pool.

This was our 3rd trip to Bonita Village. Renting from David and Erin couldn't be easier. David is always very professional, most accommodating, and will do everything he can to make your stay at Bonita Village memorable. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with this unit, the complex, and the surrounding area in Southwest Florida. The condo is immaculate and has everything you need to completely enjoy your vacation. We enjoyed our days at Bonita from breakfast on the lanai to swimming and lounging by the pool, and if we're feeling up to it, a great workout in the fully equipped Fitness Center. Bonita Village’s location is great with quick and easy access to wherever you want to go. The incredible beaches, unbelievable shopping, and great restaurants are all right there. Our Family enjoys this area of Florida and we are looking forward to returning for our next vacation.

I have vacationed in this area for over 15 years. David and Erin's condo is the best weekly rental you will find in the area. It is in a new, upscale development with wonderful pools, spa, and gym. In fact, having stayed at other condo's in this development, this one is easily my favorite. It is exactly as it is represented on VRBO. It is always extremely clean. The furnishings are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and there are many extras (i.e. beach chairs, umbrella, cooler,etc.). Most important, all the beds are very comfortable! It is perfectly located for any interest, whether it is great golfing, delicious dining, beautiful beaches or shopping. If you choose to just stay put, the pools are great and the view from the porch wonderful. The other renters/owners have always been very respectful of each other regarding noise and the condo is always quiet. Yes, you may have families having fun in the pool during the day, but you will not find any obnoxious behavior or loud parties or music to distract from your vacation. David is very easy and professional to work with. I highly recommend renting here.

This is the third time we have rented the condo for February, and once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is always clean and well appointed and is beautifully decorated. We spend time relaxing by the pool and grab the occasional burger from the Groggy Frog. We appreciate the fact that the community is gated and the building accessible only with a key or door code. The location is excellent for heading to Naples, Coconut Point, or the beach.

Wonderful Week in Bonita Beach

Our week long stay at the Bonita Village condominium was wonderful! The condo was like new, clean, beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed during our stay. The view - overlooking the pool - from the lanai was fantastic. We spent may of our free hours on the lanai relaxing and many mornings having breakfast - so peaceful. The condominiums are located very near a beautiful beach, shopping, restaurants and just about everything one needs on vacation. The complex has a well equipped workout facility and spacious game/recreation room and a beautiful large pool plus a smaller "quiet" pool. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We couldn't have found a better place to stay. We loved walking the beach each morning and laying around the pools in the afternoon most days. The hardest part was deciding where to have dinner since there are so many great restaurants nearby. Besides dinner, there are also some fun places for breakfast. Before we arrived, the owner provided details on everything we needed to know, and there was never a need to call him during our stay - he was so well organized. We highly recommend this condo and plan to return again in the fall or spring.

Wonderful Vacation Spot in Bonita Village

Our family had a wonderful stay at David and Erin's beautiful condo in Bonita Village. The pictures very accurately reflect the views from the condo as well as the layout and decor. The condo was bright and cheery and so very clean. It felt like our home away from home. Our children range in age from 15 down to 4 1/2 and they all had a wonderful time as well. They loved the pool! The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach or the pool (from beach toys to coolers to chairs and towels). David and Erin were great to work with and went out of their way to make sure we were pleased with the condo and having a great time. The location is absolutely perfect. You are minutes away from great restaurants, shopping and the beach. Downtown Naples is an easy trip as well. If you are looking for the perfect spot in Floriday to stay, this is it. Thank you David and Erin for a wonderful trip. We miss it already and hope to be back!

Three best friends, We spent a wonderful vacation at this beautiful residence. It was first class in every way & tastefully decorated. From waking up in the morning and sitting out in the private balcony with an attractive view of the Tropical pool... ,spa... and with the sound of the beautiful Waterfalls..... Within walking distance to the restaurants... to the ease of leaving you car behind and taking the beach shuttle or hopping on a real Trolley to the beach only 50 cents each way... This is our second time staying at Bonita Village and renting from David and Erin. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with this unit, the complex, and how easy and accommodating David is with the rental process. He was always available to answer our questions and provide us with whatever information or advice we needed to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The condo has everything you need to completely enjoy your vacation and is exactly as described. We have always found it to be kept exceptionally clean and in excellent condition. We thoroughly enjoy the complex and all the amenities of the property. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and the complex is just the right size so that you can enjoy lounging by the pool and swimming without feeling crowded. The Fitness Center is kept clean with all machines in excellent condition and includes everything you need for an energizing workout. Bonita Village’s location is great with quick and easy access to wherever you want to go. The beaches, shopping, and dining, are all right there. Our Family enjoys this area of Florida and we are looking forward to returning for our next winter vacation

Beautiful Bonita Village Condo

Our stay at Bonita Village exceeded all our expectations! This was our first time renting from David and Erin. David was very prompt to respond to our questions and was very easy to work with. The website pictures are very accurate. The condo was very luxurious and had lots of extras (beach towels, sand bucket/shovels, beach chairs, cooler, laundry detergent).We loved eating on the Lanai each morning for breakfast and enjoyed just relaxing there too. The Groggy Frog Tiki Hut, BBQ grill, and the excercise room are wonderful amentities to the property. The pool with zero entry was excellent for our two little girls. The property, grounds, and condo are very well maintained. It is a few minutes drive to Barefoot Beach, Lover's Key State Park, the Zoo, and Putt Putt golf. Coconut Jack's and Randy's Fishmarket were great spots to eat. We enjoyed our sunset cruise in Naples and our 1/2 day trip to Sanibel Island all close attractions to Bonita Village. We would love to return again and highly recommend this condo to friends/family or anyone needing a beautiful place to stay in FL.

Winter in Bonita Village

We stayed for the month of January and would have loved to stay for February too! The condo is decorated to give you all the comforts of home and more. We have several friends that own at Bonita Village and our condo was the place to gather and watch a football game or movie and have fun. You will be close to everything shopping, restaurants and the beach. We spent alot of time poolside and enjoyed the use of the Tiki Bar for lunch. Everyone that came in said the condo had the best view of the pool and waterfall. David Brown was great and will respond immediately to any questions or concerns you might have. EVERYTHING that was described was accurate, plus some. We didn't expect the details of beach chairs, floatables, coolers, and other such comforts as you'd find in your own home, available for our use. PERFECT accommodations for my family of 3 - me and two children, ages 9 and 18. My 18 year old could not get over how awesome the property was, loved the pool and the health club, not to mention the big screen TVs and pool table there. My 9 year old would have been content to have spent everyday at the pool, loving the waterfall and size of the swim area. I LOVED the location and proximity to the beaches - Barefoot Beach and Lover's Key State Park. Having been a part-time resident of Naples for 10 years, I had a general idea of where I would want to stay and this place fulfilled ALL of my expectations. The owner's are professional, thorough and detailed. The only trepidation I have in sharing information is that this property may not be free for our return trip! Thank you for a lovely time and for sharing your home with others. I am grateful.

We stayed at this condo in July when we went to Bonita for vacation. The location and short drive distances to just about anywhere we wanted to go made this a perfect place to stay. The condo was clean and just the right size to meet our needs. I have nothing but good things to say! We will definitely consider this condo for our next vacation. Owner was very accomodating with our arrival and departure times and we had no problem at all with access. This would be a perfect spot for a short stay or longer stay - we did NOT want to go home!

My family recently spent a week in this beautiful property. We are from Florida and wanted to do our part to keep our money in Florida this year...a "staycation" as they call it. The photos on the website are beautiful but seeing is believing. The condo is absolutely stunning and the property was just perfect for all of us. I have two very active children who loved the pool. Everything you need for a great vacation is included. And location-wise, there is so much available to you within a walk or a few minute drive. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing, and hassle-free vacation. Working with David on the paperwork, etc. was also very easy. He is a true gentleman. We will be back at some point!!

VERY NICE!!!!!! We've stayed at different condos before and they're not always "what you see is what you get". This one is definitely "what you see is what you get"!!!!!! The pictures that are posted are very accurate. The view that you see here is the actual view from the condo lanai. The unit is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Not only is the unit fully stocked with everything you will need inside, you will also find beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and beach towels for when you want to go to the beach. The club house is excellent!!! We rented a movie and watched it in the movie room... very cool with the Bose surround sound!!! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The gas grill is by the pool so you can grill out and eat pool side. The beach, with excellent shelling, is only about 2 minutes away. LOTS of restaurants to choose from(Nervous Nellies at Ft. Myers Beach was excellent!!!) The location is excellent cuz you're close to so many things. Lots of shopping nearby and marinas for renting a pontoon boat for a relaxing afternoon on the water(you're sure to see dolphins). David was excellent to work with. He is quick to respond to your questions with honest answers. Very professional but yet very accommodating. You will NOT be disappointed if you rent this condo.

Our stay at Bonita Village was excellent. The pool is a delight. Having breakfast on the Lanai listening to the waterfall was so relaxing. Everything in the condo is superb. We used the exercise room several times and our 19 year old enjoyed having somewhere to go in the evenings. The beach is enjoyable, remember your sunblock.

Being away from the snow and ice of the North is our reason to be in Florida, but to have that enhanced by our stay at David and Erin Brown’s lovely condo in Bonita Springs was just wonderful. They have created a lovely setting with everything that a guest would need to make it seem like home. It was our first time to rent and we were thrilled with the Brown’s place at Bonita Village. They represented it so well on their website. It is restful to sit on the lanai and listen to the waterfall from the tropically landscaped pool area. The Wednesday evening gatherings at the pool gave us an opportunity to meet and visit with other renters. Having the beach, restaurants and shopping within walking distance was a big attraction. We hope that we will have an opportunity to return and rent again from the Browns.

A Wonderful Week at Bonita Village

David and Erin were very courteous and easy to deal with in completing the rental transaction. The condo was just fabulous! There were no surprises and the unit was found to be just like the website described it. It was beautifully decorated and included everything you could think of to make your vacation week completely enjoyable. We enjoyed our breakfast each day in the lanai with the sunrise and overlooking the pool. Our days were filled lounging around the waterfall pool watching the children enjoying their swim time. The fitness center was loaded with enough equipment to give any fitness enthusiast a great workout. The facility's location allowed for easy access to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The close proximity to the highway allowed us to easily get around and take in all the activities South West Florida has to offer. We're looking forward to returning and completely enjoying another week at Bonita Village. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to rent a condo in Florida.

Although Florida was cool during my stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the condo and all of its amenities. The unit is very clean, furnishings are lovely and the extras (dish soap, detergent, hand soap, paper towels, beach chairs, etc.) were greatly appreciated. Having wireless in the condo allowed me to complete work and check e-mail whenever necessary. Bonita Village is well maintained and secure, and it was nice to be minutes away from the beach, shopping and dining. I look forward to returning again next year.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. From the granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms to the beautiful furnishings, we enjoyed our time at David and Erin's condo very much. The location on Bonita Beach Road was very convenient, both to the beach and our son's school, FGCU. The condo is very new and very clean. The beach area nearby was terrific. We wish we had more time to explore and collect the many sea shells that we saw. The view from the lanai is amazing. We spent much of our time just relaxing there and viewing the very large pool with waterfall, palm trees, and flowers. We would definitely recommend this condo to those who expect the best.

Having just returned to UK from our 10 day stay, we found the apartment to be immaculate, comfortable and providing everything we needed, including lots of little extras, pool and beach extras, kitchen and bathroom essentials. Being low season, the tiki bar was closed, but this also meant we had the whole place practically to ourselves, including the pool area, fitness centre, pool table and media room in the Island House. Good location with plenty of amenities nearby. We would gladly recommend a stay at Bonita Village.

If you are looking for upscale, luxury accommodations with a friendly atmosphere this is the place! There is no development that has weekly rentals in the area that is even comparable. It is so close to everything one would like to do whether it is going to the best beaches, golfing, great dining or shopping! If you choose to relax at the pool, the facilities can't be beat with the waterfall and Tiki hut. I would highly recommend this to friends and family.

My family and I had a great time. The place was very clean and the pool area and fit area were very nice. I would recommend the place to anyone who needs to get away!

Great condo & pool,the best we have ever rented!! The whole family enjoyed our stay and we look forward to our next visit. We appreciated the thoughtful "extras" in the condo, beach chairs, cooler and air mattress. David was very accomodating.

Great condo, great location, great penthouse view! Awesome pool complete with tasty burgers at Tiki bar! The condo was spotless, fresh and new with "Tommy Bahamas" decor! The perfect rental for the perfect vacation! You won't be disappointed!

What a wonderful and relaxing stay. David and Erin have a lovely clean condo. The location was perfect. We used the beach van each day and there is no better way to enjoy the beach. Everyone at the complex was so helpful. The pool was perfect!

Loved the condo it was immaculate,very relaxing sitting on lanai listening to waterfall and overlooking such a beautiful setting,enjoyed convenience of tiki bar,walk to store and restaurants and minutes to beach..miss it already....Deborah

My family and I had a wonderful time at Bonita Village. It is a paradise from the beautiful landscape, tranquilizing sound of the waterfall, and the cozy firepit. The beach is minutes down the road. David and his wife where so hospitable they couldn't do enough for us. We'll definitely return. The Vanella Family
