This home is gorgeous and is just two blocks to the Jardin (El Jardin is the beautiful central plaza overlooking the main church). The home is a completely renovated spanish colonial right in Centro Historico.
Beautifully decorated 2,700 square feet with new and comfortable furniture and beds, quality linens and original artwork. The house features many Spanish colonial details including high ceilings, wooden beams, fountains, canterra stone-work, arches, custom tile, fireplaces…everything you expect in a San Miguel home but with all of the modern conveniences.
The formal living room, dining room and modern kitchen are on the main floor along with a half bath. The second floor has two master suites. First is a very large and luxurious master bedroom featuring new US KING bed, ensuite, fireplace, Juliet balconies, office area and large TV. This floor also has a spacious second master/guest bedroom with NEW KING, full bath and it’s own charming tiny courtyard with fountain. The third floor features a large terrace with iron Sombrella sun loungers and a den/TV room with a flat screen, comfy furniture and another full bath.
The house has all appliances including a washer/dryer unit with steam dry, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stainless appliances, fridge, microwave and gas stove, coffee maker and toaster. The kitchen is stocked with proper dishware, glasses, cutlery, utensils, and cooking equipment. Maid service included.
The property is highly secure in terms of personal safety in both its location and physical design and structure.

I enjoyed spending the month of March in this beautiful home. The location is perfect, just a couple of blocks from El Jardin and other neat streets. Lots of restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds. I loved the roof garden and its beautiful big pots of flowers. The chaise lounges were very comfy. Perfect view of the jacaranda which was in full bloom across the street. Marcella, the house keeper was delightful. The owners were very quick to respond to a couple of my questions. The kitchen is well appointed, although it was too tempting to go out for dinners... I was sad to leave but there is always next year!!! Thank you for a magical month in San Miguel de Allende.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My partner and I rented this house for the month of May. The house met all our expectations and more. The photos are accurate and the location is a few blocks from the center of town. The house is in great shape and those beds made the trip! I think that this proprty is a terrific price, the owners made sure that all was taken care of on their end and we would definitely rent this house should we venture back to beautiful San Miguel.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

From the moment we walked into your beautifully appointed home, to our count down to leave, we cannot think of a single thing we would change. Your home is gorgeous. We loved all the plants and art work. We loved all the nearby restaurants, ambling through the jardin and meeting all the wonderfully friendly people.
