There is a new flat screen tv with dvd in the master suite & Ipod/iphone system. Wireless internet. Carport parking for 1 car and plenty of additional parking on the street for your guests. Victoria Park is a well known upscale neighborhood of Ft Lauderdale. It is just a few blocks (walking distance) from the famous Las Olas Boulevard full of great restaurants, sidewalk cafes, boutiques, art galleries, night clubs, etc. Just minutes away from the great Ft. Lauderdale beaches. You'll enjoy walking the neighborhood by the water canals. What are you waiting for? Get here fast.
Vrbo has just started a new "renter protection plan" instead of the renter having to leave a deposit. The cost is $39. This protects you from damages, etc. We are happy to do this or you can leave a fully refundable security deposit of $500 (less any damages). If the dates are available, please inquire.

A stylish & well equipped property in an attractive location. An excellent range of shops & restaurants....& the beach....are all within a short walk/drive. We particularly liked the roof terrace....private & secluded, & perfect for relaxing in the early morning sunshine. The hot tub is first class & made our vacation in this lovely property all the more memorable.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

I fell in love with this villa from the moment I walked in the door. This place was everything I hoped for and more! It was truly a fantastic vacation and the villa provided a at home feel that I looked for. I will definitely reserve this villa for my next FTL vacation and for many years to come!!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My Wife and I stayed at the Villa in Victoria Park, the location gave easy access to Restaurants, Shops and the Water Taxi. The Accommadation was First Class and extremely spacious, it was very private especially the upper Roof Terrace and Jaccuzi. The transactions with the Owner were dealt with very efficiently, the Deposit was returned speedily to our Account. We would recommend and return to this property if we were in Fort Lauderdale again. What a find! This Villa is in the prime location of Victoria Park. Centrally located with easy access to downtown, the beach, the nightlife and restaurants. The owners and staff were extremely helpful. I've stayed in several places in the Fort Lauderdale area and this place exceeds all others. I will continue to stay here on future visits to the area. I loved the feel of being in a tropical resort... it's like being in Key West. The private rooftop patio is the perfect place to relax in the hot tub or get some sun.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Pictures do not do this property justice! Our stay was amazing. When we arrived at this property it was super clean and larger that we expected. The people next door are very kind and will answer any questions that you may have about the area. Las Olas is within walking distance through a very cute neighborhood and the beach is just minutes away. The highlight of our trip was the private rooftop patio and Jacuzzi. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious condo. The roof deck off of the master bedroom was awesome. The location was perfect for us . . . close to downtown Ft Lauderdale, Las Olas and the beaches. Very well appointed and relaxing. I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely villa....Upon arrival we were greeted by Lincoln who was very helpful with directing us to restaurants, spa's and shopping. The villa is tastefully decorated very spacious and the rooftop is a little slice of heaven. You can relax in the jacuzzi under the stars after a day of sunbathing in privacy.Located within walking distance to Las Olas Blvd for shopping, dining and whatever may strike your fancy.Whether you want a quiet get away or a place to entertain this Villa is a treasure! The apartment was beautiful, spacious and quiet. In a great neighborhood, upscale and relaxing. Close to the beach and the canals. Why the Owner Chose Victoria Park:
Being in the real estate industy I prefer to buy properties in prime locations. Victoria Park in Fort Lauderdale is definitely prime area. It's a great community with beautiful canals, homes and areas of interest. Las Olas Boulevard is just a few blocks from the property and is a definite must. Many times, when we visit Fort Lauderdale, we never go anywhere else except the villa and Las Olas Boulevard.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Be sure to check out the new restaurant Truluck. It is located at the Galleria. An incredible upscale seafood menu. There are 10 locations around the country. It is by far, one of the best restaurants in Fort Lauderdale. At the other end of the spectrum, if you're into BBQ, one of the best bbq shacks around is Tom Jenkins on Federal Hwy. (it is closed Sun & Mon). If you find yourself eating late at night, there are a few places which serve until 11pm. Cheescake Factory on Las Olas blvd (walking distance from our condo) usually serves until 11pm. Also, there is a 24 hour diner type place called The Grand Floridian (again walking distance) on Las Olas Blvd. It is good food at great prices.
