If you are looking for a quiet serene location that is close to loads of activities – this is your place! This beautiful post and beam home sits on 10 private acres approximately 10 minutes from the village of Stowe. The house has 4 full bedrooms and able to accomodate 8 people. As you can see from the pictures it is very well appointed with a large kitchen (with all the amenities), high definition 42” television, large outdoor deck and beautiful views from the 26’ window in the front of the house. We have three dogs so well behaved dogs are welcome.
We are a short drive to some of the best skiing at Stowe, Smugglers Notch, Sugar Bush and Jay Peak. We are also 1 ½ hours away from Killington. So you have a wide variety of ski terrains to choose from. But this location is not limited to just skiing. It is really a four season destination with plenty of outdoor activities very close by. It is also especially beautiful during fall foliage season.
The village of Stowe is home to a wide variety of restaurants and unique shops, mixed with plenty of events throughout the year. The town also offers 2 or 3 high end spas if you really need some "TLC". For those flying to the area, Boston or Montreal are the closest international airports and the local airport for all domestic flights is 45 minutes away in Burlington Vermont. Boston is approximately a 3 hour drive and Montreal is a 2 hour drive.
