This ski in ski out property offers guests room to spread out over 3 floors. Decorated in the style of the Colorado high country, you will feel like one of the family in our lovely town home. The entry level offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and in unit laundry facility. The master bedroom with a king bed has a huge picture window and its own private bath. The middle bedroom is also very large and features a queen bed. The third bedroom features 2 twin beds and a sliding glass door to a private deck.
Head upstairs to the main level with its open floor plan, fantastic for hanging out as a group or some quiet time by the stone fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a wrap around bar/countertop and several barstools for casual dining. Perhaps you would prefer a sit down dinner at the dining room table, or use both eating areas for entertaining larger groups. Plenty of room on this floor as we open into the living room with its stone fireplace, TV, and sliding glass door to another deck. The deck has a gas grill to show off your BB-Q talents, or perhaps you just like the easy clean up.
Head up to the loft for some quiet time, or perhaps you just need the additional sleeping area. The open loft features two twin beds, and a desk area for writing or catching up on a bit of work.
The property has a common hot tub, a summertime pool, as well as 2 tennis courts. This is ski in ski out off of the "Ridgepoint Skiway", which comes a run called "leav the beav". You can find us adjacent to the runs leading down to Chair 15. If you would prefer to start your day at the Village, just pick the free shuttle service, "dial a ride", that comes every 15 minutes right in front of our doorstep. (Runs all day 7 days, and free on call in the evening.)
