Condo was recently remodeled with updated Florida decor. Ashton Lakes is a beautiful, mature association on 32 acres of greenery amidst 3 lakes. An active clubhouse, heated Olympic size pool, smaller neighborhood pool, tennis, shuffleboard and bocci courts grace the landscape.
Condo has all the amenities of home and is in 'move-in' condition. Bring your clothes and suntan lotion and prepare to relax in comfort. Beach chairs are provided for relaxing on any of the nearby beaches.

The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is nicely decorated with beach decor & pleasant Monet' colors. It is a clean unit, the grounds are lush with tropical plants & the pool is awesome. The owner is right, bring your swimsuit & suntan lotion, everything else you need is there-just like home. The condo is convenient to shopping malls, I-75 & the beaches. This was my first time renting like this. The owner was very helpful, responsive to my inquiries & most of the process was completed via email. With the resent oil spill some people are fearful about condition of the beaches based on panic & fear induced by media. During the month of June the ocean water was warm, the sand white & fine as sugar. I loved the time spent in Sarasota & in this condo community.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
