Enjoy your stay in a beautifully decorated first floor condo located in a gated community in Tucson's NE foothills. Upgraded and completely furnished by the owners as a warm and comfortable home where you'll find nice furniture, tile floors, granite counters, cabinets, carpeting, and stainless appliances plus views of the Catalina and Rincon Mountains.
Fall and Winter are perfect times to visit Tucson, which is often referred to as the "Old Pueblo," The nights are cool and the days are warm and bright, perfect for golf, hiking, bicycling, visiting the Desert Museum and the Botanical Gardens or just soaking up the sun. Spring days are warm and the nights are cool and the desert is in full bloom. Summer is a great time for families to enjoy the beauty of the desert and relax in the pool. In any season, a short drive puts you at the top of Mount Lemmon in the Catalina Mountains or in the artists enclave in Tubac.
Sabino Canyon Recreation Area; Saguaro National Park, AZ-Sonora Desert Museum, Kitt Peak Observatory; Pima Air and Space Museum; Kartchner Caverns, and the historic towns of Bisbee and Tombstone are all within easy driving range. The University of Arizona, several theater and concert venues, a variety of wonderful restaurants, as well as shopping centers and grocery stores are a short distance from the condo. Many sports activities, including golf and tennis are available nearby. Great hiking is only a short distance away at the Sabino Canyon Recreation Area and the Catalina mountains. And, there are several fine medical facilities in the immediate area.

Apr thru Dec - $1300 to $1500/month
Jan thru Mar - $3000/month - minimum one month stay
A damage deposit of 50% of the first months rent is required. There is a
non-refundable fee of $150 for one and $200 for two approved small (15#)
dogs. No cats accepted. Call for additional details.
