Our fully air-conditioned villa, approx 2600sqf large, was newly constructed in 2012 on a 10000sqf ground area according to our plan & furnished and decorated by us.
The well thought out floor plan & furnishing is specially designed by us for a sophisticated guest, we even want them to feel at home in the villa, as we spend few weeks here every year.
The villa lies on the right by the side of a salt water canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico & has the following features:

The entire house is constructed, furnished and decorated in a very high quality design - with granite surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms, wooden kitchen cabinets, pavements at the pool area in exclusive custom-made design, energy efficient heating pumps for the pool and Jacuzzi, extra insulation for roofs and walls as per the latest standard (so that the refreshing coolness of the air-conditioner remains inside the house and the heat remains outside), double insulated glass on all the windows and much more...
A large pool area with heated Jacuzzi was essential to us personally. This is designed facing South, so that you can enjoy the warmth of sun at the pool year-round - that is a perfect holiday in Florida.
At the private dock in the house, you can dock your boat and drive directly from here to the Gulf of Mexico or even to Cape Harbour just for a dinner.
In Florida you don't need a boat license and many boat rentals with German speaking staff offer you affordable options to spend a holiday with a boat.
We will be pleased to refer you to a reliable company upon your request.
The two-door garage is there at your disposal, so that your vehicle is left cool and secure.
Garage:
You will usually enter the house through the garage which is provided with an electric door opener, inside which one or two vehicles can be parked.
There is also a storage room in the garage for pool toys and beach gear.
Utility room:
The modern Frontloader washer and dryer are placed in the passage to the house, you can wash and dry your clothes or towels here as and when desired, an ironing board and iron are also available.
Living room/dining room/kitchen:
From here you will then directly enter the large living, cooking and dining area– the central place of the house and the 'meeting point' for all the guests.
The large open kitchen is fitted with extra high cabinets, electric stove, oven, dishwasher and an oversized American refrigerator/freezer with ice machine and filtered ice water.
You will find all the accessories in the cabinets that you can imagine for every day living in the house:
- Pans and ladles
- Crockery and cutlery
- Glasses and cups
- Coffee machine, kettle, toaster
- and much more.
You can enjoy your meals directly 'at the source', take them at the bar or at the breakfast corner depending on the time of the day with view over the pool and canal or use the separate dining room for it, where the favourite roofed pool area is found (lanai design).
With a ceiling of almost 12ft high in the large living room there is a 65' LCD-TV available to you including numerous television channels, blue-ray/DVD player, surround systems and a radio with ipod/iphone – docking station.
Office:
The office is another getaway, you can read a book here on the sofa in peace and quiet, listen to music or simply dwell on your thoughts looking outside the window.
If you are like us and also have to work at times during the holiday or simply just want to browse the internet, there is a desk available here for you, which you can obviously make use of.
Similarly with the telephone, local calls within USA and Canada are available free of charge as a flat rate- you can also receive incoming calls, the number is there in the house directory.
There is a direct LAN connection available in the office, the rest of the house and pool area are covered by wireless network, so that you can check your emails conveniently even sitting at the pool or gather information for your trips.
Terrace, pool and spa:
The approximately 1700 sqf large pool area, which is provided with the customary Cape Coral screen (air-permeable mosquito nets over the entire area), is definitely the highlight and the common meeting point and residential place for a holiday in Florida.
The almost 30ftx15ft large pool has a flight of stairs and slopes gently to the back. It is illuminated at nights and thereby allows happy moments in the pool after sunset.
In case it gets too cold once in a while, the pool can be heated up quickly using a highly modern and very energy efficient air heat pump, without causing enormous electricity costs.
The pool water is filtered and disinfected with the latest skin-friendly technology, where using chlorine is almost completely avoided. Apart from being skin friendly and crystal clear water it also has the advantage of not causing you to get red and irritated eyes any more and also after the weekly cleaning and inspection by the pool man you can immediately use the pool again unlimitedly.
We are thrilled by this technological innovation and would not want to miss it.
You can use the Jacuzzi built-in near the pool anytime; it heats up within a few minutes and definitely brings you hours of relaxation and entertainment.
The entire pool area is operated by an external management outside the house.
After bathing you can rinse off in the outdoor shower or refresh your self in the pool bathroom/ toilet accessible directly from the terrace, without having to walk around the house with wet feet.
An oversized table with 8 chairs is there in the roofed area of the terrace and invites you for all activities, whether sharing mealtimes, playing cards or enjoying a nice glass of wine or a cold drink in a cosy atmosphere. You will find refuge here from the sun or in the rare case that it should rain.
For sunbathing there are 6 comfortable sun beds, 4 side tables and 2 large parasols available, so that you can fully enjoy the Florida sun.
A gas grill with 4 burners is there for you to use (must be cleaned upon departure), gas cylinder is not included in the price.
Bedrooms/bathrooms:
When the day comes to an end, there are 3 bedrooms available to you.
The master bedroom has an oversized king size bed, a walk-in closet with racks and direct access to pool, a large flat screen TV, a large bathroom with separate shower, a bathtub and 2 wash basins and a separate toilet.
The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house:
The bedroom onto the pool (bedroom 3) also has a large king size bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV and direct access to the pool and to the common bathroom, which is provided with a very large shower, 2 wash basins and separate toilet and also serves as a connection to the other bedroom (bedroom 2).
This one has 2 large single beds (twin size), walk-in closet and a large flat screen TV.
In case you don't want to share the bathroom, the pool bathroom directly adjoining bedroom 3 can be used from here.
The beds are all provided with an allergy-friendly coating on top of the mattresses, which is hygienically cleaned after every change of tenants.
All rooms have an electric radio alarm clock, if at any time you want to wake up early for your outings.
Of course there are also enough towels available for the bathroom and pool, which are cleaning or changed after every change of tenants.
Small children:
A separate baby bed (travel bed) and a kid's-high chair are there for the little guests, the pool can be secured by a special 'baby fence' for small children.
Please inform us before arrival, if you are coming with a small child – so that everything can be left ready.
Garden:
The beautiful garden is planted with tropical plants, flowers and tall palm trees, the Florida lawn is watered automatically by a sprinkler system. A gardener takes care of the plants and lawn weekly, and you should not be doing this job during a well-deserved holiday period :-)

unsere Erwartungen waren hoch, wurden aber mehr als erfüllt. Die Villa Coral View ist eine Luxus Villa mit sehr hohem Ausstattungskomfort. Die Einrichtung ist top, der Ausbaustandart lässt keine Wünsche offen. Beeindruckt hat uns u.a. die ruhige Klimaanlage und der Salzwasserpool. Die Villa ist geeignet für Familien mit 2-3 Kindern oder aber zwei Ehepaaren und einem Kind. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch zentral mit kurzen Distanzen zum Einkauf, Restaurants und Golfplätzen. We had a perfect vacation in Cape Coral and in your beautiful home. Great weather and perfect conditions for January made it unforgetable. Your home is perfectly equipped with everything you need in a vacation home. The pool area is so huge and the Jacuzzi was our most favorite place to be. Wir hatten eine ganz tollen Urlaub in Ihrem Haus und konnten so zu Beginn des Winters etwas Sonne und Kraft tanken. Gerade den Kindern hat es so gut gefallen, dass sie gar nicht mehr nach Hause wollten. Der Pool war Spieleparadies zu jeder nur denkbaren Zeit und das, obwohl wir in den wenigen Tagen so viel vorhatten. Herzlichen Glückwunsch zu Ihrem Haus - hier kann man sich echt wohl fühlen und wir haben jede Minute genossen. Super freundliche Nachbarn, eine ruhige Gegend und wenn man will, ist man in 5 Minuten mitten im Geschehen, was will man mehr. Wir werden mal schauen, dass wir bald wieder kommen, sind aber ab diesem Jahr dann auf die Ferienzeit angewiesen, vielleicht kriegen wir es ja wieder hin?! Ich war bereits mehrmals in Cape Coral und habe dort bereits in verschiedenen Häusern zur Miete gewohnt. Diesmal war ich für 1 Woche zu Gast im Haus von Ralf und Pam. Ich war bereits vorher treuer Leser des Bauberichts des Hauses und hatte nun die Gelegenheit alles live zu erleben. Als Fazit kann ich eigentlich nur Ralf und Pam zu Ihrem tollen Haus gratulieren. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist super eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht (vom Bügeleisen bis hin zu jeglichem Küchenequipment) um sich wohlzufühlen. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, man biegt 2mal ab und ist direkt am zentralen Cape Coral Parkway, von dem aus man überall schnell hinkommt, z.B. zum Supermarkt Publix, zur Marina Cape Harbour oder auch nach Ft. Myers. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig und die ganze Nachbarschaft sehr gepflegt. Im Haus findet sich eine sehr umfangreiche Dokumentation, die alle evtl. auftretenden Fragen beantwortet und viele Tipps und Adressen z.B. für Restaurants oder Ärzte bereithält. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen, traumhaften Aufenthalt in der Villa Coral View. Es fehlt sich an nichts für einen entspannten Urlaub. Im Haus ist alles enthalten, schnelles Internet (war uns wichtig), 2 große Betten, damit man auch als erwachsenes Paar sich nicht auf den kleinen Betten zusammenquetschen muss, komplette Ausstattung, eine ganz tolle Poollandschaft, Strandmöbel und überall Fernseher. Im Haus ist alles neu, modern und sehr funktionell eingerichtet. Es ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem eine tolle zentrale Lage. Mit dem Mietboot konnten wir einige schöne Ausflüge unternehmen und auch die empfohlene Bootsvermietung war ein klasse Tipp! Der Hausverwalter war supernett und völlig komplikationslos bei der An- und Abreise. Strom mussten wir nicht nachzahlen, das hat völlig ausgereicht, trotz Poolheizung – das hatten wir zu der Jahreszeit noch nie. Alles in allem unser bisher bester Urlaub in Cape Coral (von 8 Aufenthalten) und wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Hier kann man zum Stammgast werden, so wohlgefühlt haben wir uns insgesamt noch nirgends. Ein Lob an die Eigentümer für das tolle Haus und den netten Kontakt – die Kaution kam innerhalb von 5 Tagen zurück! Viele Grüße Thomas u. EviDid you find this review helpful? Als wir in diesem Traumhaus ankamen, fehlten uns wirklich die Worte. Alles war noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Es ist alles neu, super ordentlich, äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts! Dort möchte man gar nicht wieder weg! Ganz toll ist auch die Außenanlage...wir haben uns an einem kühlen Abend erstmal den Jacuzzi aufgeheizt und es uns gut gehen lassen. Einfach nur klasse! Besonders erwähnenswert ist auch der supernette Kontakt zu den Vermietern Ralf und Pam! Die Beiden können wirklich stolz darauf sein, was sie dort geschaffen haben! Danke auch an den freundlichen Hausverwalter Sascha! Supernetter Kontakt und kompetente Einweisung! Er ist immer erreichbar und bei Problemen immer vor Ort ansprechbar. Wir hatten das Glück, das Haus für einige Tage mieten zu können. Erster Eindruck beim Betreten: WOW - noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Alles sehr groß und hell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und natürlich noch wie neu. Im Haus war dann alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht und was beschrieben war, wir haben nichts vermisst, egal was wir gesucht haben. Abends am Pool bei herrlicher Ruhe den Sonnenuntergang zu geniessen war ein Traum und alleine das war den Urlaub schon wert. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich sehr zentral, aber absolut ruhig und ruhige Nachbarn. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit Publix Supermarkt, Liquor Store und weiteren Geschäften, Restaurants und Banken. In 5 Minuten ist man im wunderschönen Cape Harbour und kann Bars und Restaurants genießen, ein Boot mieten oder einfach nur die tollen Yachten im Hafen anschauen. Man ist über den Cape Coral Parkway schnell in Richtung Ft. Myers unterwegs, Shoppingmöglichkeiten und Strände sind schnell erreichbar. In die andere Richtung haben wir uns Pine Island angesehen, auch eine kurzweilige Fahrt und ein toller Abend bei "Bert`s" in Matlacha. Einige der im Haus vorhandenen Restaurantvorschläge haben wir testen können, für alle fehlte einfach die Zeit - es war aber alles hervorragend. Ralf & Pamela: Ihr habt ein tolles Domizil mit der Villa Coral View geschaffen und wir prüfen gerade schon, ob wir 2013 wieder kommen! So ein Neubau hat viele Vorzüge und entgegen unserer ersten Befürchtungen hat alles gepasst und es war alles vorhanden im neuen Haus. Gerade die Poollandschaft hat es uns angetan, wir waren fast nur im Außenbereich unterwegs. Einfach ein paar traumhafte Tage zur Entspannung, zum Schlemmen und zum Shoppen - das ist Urlaub pur, wie wir ihn uns gewünscht haben. Hallo Pamela und Ralf, Ich möchte mich rechtherzlich dafür bedanken das wir Gäste in euren tollen Haus sein durften. Anfangs war es sich schwer vorzustellen wie diese Baustelle mal unser Urlaubsdomizil werden sollte. Wir waren zuvor noch nie in Cape Coral Nach einigen netten Emails und netten Telefonat mit dem Vermieter war ich davon überzeugt, dort müssen wir hin, nur noch die anderen davon überzeugen. Als wir an der Villa ankamen bekamen wir den Mund nicht mehr zu. Die Villa sieht noch besser als auf den Fotos aus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir haben die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Der ganze Buchungsablauf und die Hausverwaltung waren sehr unkompliziert. Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage dort und möchten nächstes Jahr dort auch wieder hin weil einfach alles passte. Lieber Ralf und liebe Pamela danke das wir an euren Traum haben teilnehmen dürfen. hallo Ralf & Pamela, Ich kann nur sagen: Es fehlt in diesem Haus an nix und es war super erholsam und wir haben uns direkt pudelwohl gefühlt. In der Nähe hat man alles was man benötigt....Einkaufszentrum, Bootsverleih, Shoppingcenter, Restaurant. Ich kann nur das bestätigen was in bereits in anderen Bewertungen geschrieben worden ist. Vielleicht ein Tipp für Urlauber die sich auch ein Boot mieten möchten. Die Lage vom Haus ist für ein Boot nicht die Beste. Da man in den Kanälen nur sehr langsam fahren darf ( kein Wellenschlag ), benötigt man für eine Strecke Haus - Hauptwasserstrasse eine Fahrzeit von 1,5 Std. Wir haben das Angebot von unserem Bootsverleih in Anspruch genommen und direkt ein Liegeplatz an der Einfahrt zum Kanal genommen...dieser war inklusive. So sind wir jeden Tag keine 10 Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Ein Parkplatz war direkt am Liegeplatz !!! Es war wunderschön und wir werden im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen !!!! Wir (Familie mit 2 Jungs, 5 und 7 Jahre) waren zum zweiten Mal in Cape Coral, jedoch zum ersten Mal in der Villa "Coral View". Es war wirklich traumhaft!! Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in allen Bereichen bestens ausgestattet: 6 Liegen, großer Eßtisch, Küchenutensilien mehr als ausreichend, super Waschmaschine und Trockner, viele Handtücher, Fleecedecken für kältere Nächte, riesiger TV, deutsche Bücher und DVDs, Poolspielzeug etc. Die schönen Fotos entsprechen 1:1 der Wirklichkeit und versprechen nicht zu viel. Die Lage der Villa ist ideal. Das Haus liegt ruhig und ist trotzdem zentral gelegen (Nähe Publix Supermarkt). Wir haben viel Zeit im Pool und im Whirlpool verbracht, dieser ist auch separat zu Heizen - das war toll. Durch die Südausrichtung der Terrasse kann man den ganzen Tag die Sonne und Liegen genießen. Während unseres Urlaubs haben wir auch Ausflüge nach Sanibel (sehr schöne Strände!) gemacht und konnten hier die perfekte Strandausrüstung genießen - alles vom Feinsten! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ebenso wie der Kontakt vor Ort (Sascha) sehr nett und absolut unkompliziert! Uns hat der Urlaub in der Villa so gut gefallen, dass wir bereits jetzt schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht haben!Owner response: Vielen Dank für das Lob - ein weiterer Ansporn an uns, das Haus für unsere Gäste immer so wohnlich und l(i)ebenswert zu erhalten, wie wir es bis jetzt getan haben. About the owner: Living in a small town in Bavaria (part of Germany), we are visiting Cape Coral since 1996, mostly after a roundtrip through other US states for relaxing and having fun. Our son was born in the year 2000 and he has become a great fan of our US trips.
