  Thoroughly enjoyed the lovely house and all it's amenities. Perfect residential location to travel to Disney and other Orlando attractions. Washer and Dryer in the home is definitely an asset. We were able to go home with clean clothes. The pool was terrific for a quick dip after a long day at Disney. We recommend this home for families and just couples who would enjoy being home away from home.

  We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in this house. It was well equipped for relaxation, cooking and fun in the pool. We cooked several meals and everything required was there. The pool, pool toys and game room were enjoyed by all. Everything was clean and in excellent order. The ice machine was a god send. The owners care and this is evident. It is a fantastic location for Disney World and other attractions, every shopping need is only minutes away. Our ages ranged from 5 to 77 years and all of us were very comfortable. This home is an excellent value.

  What a wonderful vacation my family and I had at Holiday by Disney. There were 9 of us total with childrens ages ranging from 6 months to 16 years old. There was so much for the kids to do that you would not even know we had such a full house! The house was in excellent condition and had everything we needed there, even items for our infant. The description and photos of the house were right on the mark. The location was so close to everything we wanted to do on our trip and information was available in the villa to help us find anything we needed, too many conveniences to even mention. All in all we felt very comfortable and at home in this villa, it was also great to receive a personal phone call from the owners to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay and that the house was in order. It was so easy to reserve and such a pleasure to deal with Carol and Bernie! Not a single hesitation in recommending that you give this place a try!!!

  I was a little leary of renting directly with a homeowner, but I am so happy I did. We were able to enjoy our vacation so much more having this house to go "home" to , instead of being cooped up in a little hotel room. It was very easy to get to and from all the Disney parks. Disney's main gate was only 10 minutes away, but allow yourself 20-30 minutes to get to the actual parks. Having the pool heated was well worth the cost. The nights were chilly at the end of November, but I still had to bribe the kids to get out of the pool at 9:30 at night! The house was clean and well-maintained. There were plenty of towels, dishes, utensils... everything we needed was there. They even had some pool noodles and life jackets out by the pool. The pool alarm could get a little annoying, but I understand its purpose. I just wish there was a way to deactivate it for a while. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comforrtable bed I have ever slept in and the sheets were luxurious. I did not miss my own bed at all. I contacted the owner several times before and during our stay, and each time I received prompt and courteous responses to all my questions and concerns. I have already recommended the property to my boss who is going to Disney next year.

  Never been to Florida before and only started looking a few weeks prior to departure. We had a number of options and chose this villa based on size, description/appearance on photos and distance from Disney as this was to be our focus. Initial response and all further correspondence was very prompt and helpful. We took a courtesy tel call the day of arrival direct from the owner to check that everything was to our satisfaction. An invitation was extended to contact the owner or agent at any time - this was never needed. In summary, the villa was exactly as advertised and better! The location is perfect for Disney 15mins, Tampa Bay 1hr 10 Kennedy Space Centre 1 hr 30. The accommodation was great and the games room was a real hit with our children. All in all a very lucky find that we can highly recommend.

  We had a wonderful vacation experience at your house. Everyone was able to have their own space. We are a family of 5 plus 2 grandparents. We were so close to Disney that we were able to drive back to the house in the middle of the day to cool off in the pool, eat and head back to Disney in the late afternoon for more fun. Thank you so much!

  This was perfect! Thank you so much for such a nice place to stay. We have 6 people in our family, including 4 children ages 2, 4, 10, and 13. There was something for everyone! We used your stroller for a second stroller in the parks for our 4 year old. That was helpful so that we didn't have to haul our large double stroller to Florida. We appreciated the alarm on the back doors since we have little ones. The pool was enjoyed by everyone. After a frenzied day in the parks, it was nice to come "home" and enjoy the pool without fighting the crowds. Our older girls enjoyed having a TV and XBox in their room. The new flooring and furniture is very nice. We appreciated the phone call on the afternoon we arrived. We shopped at Publix for groceries, which was less than 3 miles away. We had breakfast at home and packed lunches for the parks. It was so nice to do laundry while we were there. It enabled us to pack lighter and come home with clean clothes to put away! You have thought of everything to make your guests' stay comfortable. This house is so easy and convenient to live in. A very nice floor plan, and it was very clean when we arrived. Comfortable beds, plenty of lines, dishes, and cookware. We took care of things like they were our own, and set out the trash on Wednesday. Someone came to clean the pool one morning and mow the lawn. Bernie answered some questions I had when booking, and was very timely with e-mails and communication. The photos accurately reflect the villa. I highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. A great value. The next time we are in the area, we will definitely check to see if your place is available. Thank you!

  We rented this property to have a pleasant space while we were at a conference in Orlando. It was very comfortable and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

  Thank you we had a fantastic time :) the house was great the housekeeping is great and you have thought of all of the items people require on vacation . I cleaned up until 950 so hopefully the crew was happy with our departure. I left them a tip as we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations . My husband is already talking about rebooking next year for a longer stay. Thank you so much Shelley

  The best way to describe our vacation at this Florida villa is ...would we stay again ?-- ABSOLUTELY. Would we recommend this villa to friends ? --- DEFINITELY. This villa has everything...we just brought in our own food and our luggage and started our vacation. All the photos of the house and its features are very accurate. We invited our daughter, son-in-law and two grand kids to join us. With four bedrooms (6 beds) and 3 bathrooms, there was ample space for everyone. After an enjoyable swim in the screen-enclosed pool and sitting area, everyone enjoyed playing billiards (pool), air hockey and foosball in the games room. All furniture, appliances and supplies are in like-new condition. The villa is located in an attractive and quiet residential area only a few miles from shopping and restaurants in nearby Haines City and highway #27. The owner is very accommodating and responded very quickly to a few e-mail messages we sent him. We had a wonderful month long vacation.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
