Beach Seeker was very comfy and homey. The kitchen had plenty of items for cooking and was all laid out well. There were 5 of us there... all adults, and we felt like there was more than enough room. We all loved the deck, and used the grill almost every night. The pier was a short walk and we went almost every night to hear the fishing stories. St. Joe's is a short distance, and good grocery shopping there as well as restaurants. This was a great place to decompress and totally relax. I would recommend it to anyone. There is also a canal a short distance away with good picture opportunities.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is a great stretch of beach, quiet but still close enough to the pier to watch the fishermen, no squawking seagulls like El Gov. The condo is comfortable, very clean, with a nice master suite. Kitchen is well equipped and the balcony is cool-- mostly shaded during the day. A few things to note if you're coming: The pool is the tiniest ever-- size of a large hot tub. Second bedroom also very tiny, only space for twin beds, but would be okay for kids. No dead bolt on the front door, so you may want to bring a portable alarm. Other things you need to bring: kitchen towels, potholder, cutting board. Be careful putting dishes/mugs in the microwave-- they get hot enough to burn your hand in less than a minute. Also be aware that the realty company tacks on a $90 "processing fee" at the last minute. All in all, a very pleasant place to stay.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

!Wow! The condo was above perfect and my family had such a great weekend..our lil 2yr Son loved the beach and the ability to run free without the crowds of people! We had a wonderful 3 night weekend and the Sunrise Service on the beach was an amazing way to spend Easter 2011. We will be back for sure..hopefully in the fall :) The only thing that was missing this weekend was our dog :( Maybe you would consider allowing very well behaived dogs?? Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Winter 2012 (10/29/12 - 12/31/-12): $800 wk. / $130 / nt. Weekly reservations run Saturday to Saturday. All rates subject to tax, processing and security/damage deposit.
