We just got back from spending five nights at this condo, and I can't say enough good things about it! The condo was very clean & tastefully decorated. Although I hate to cook on vacation, the kitchen had everything we could possibly want for quick meals. The washer & dryer were very handy, so I didn't have to come home with a mountain of dirty clothes. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, and even though it was Spring Break time, I was surprised at how little noice we actually heard. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Nancy!!!!

This condo is absolutely the best!!! Great location. Clean and spacious. Huge comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Awesome views of the beach. Lots of amenties on site. On the days it was to cold to go to the beach my family was perfectly satisified to stay in the condo--because it was so nice. Nancy was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this condo. I had read some negative reviews in reguards to the elevators. I had no problems- never had to wait over a couple of minutes. Perfect condo. Perfect vacation.

I had to cancel my trip here after I had made my first payment,and Nancy was very helpful and was able to refund me with no problems! I wish I could have stayed here but something came up. Thank you Nancy for helping me out and giving me the money back!!! I would definitely work with you again and hopefully next year we can stay at your condo!!

The listing for condo-very accurate. The photos were also very accurate! The condo was far more than I expected, very clean, the decor was great, very comfortable furniture, and the kitchen was very well equipped with any thing you would need. The beach view was wonderful. Nancy was very nice and helpful in every way. Need I say more? I would definitely recommend Nancy's unit to anyone. We were walking distance (about 1/4 mi.) to Pier Park shopping and Margaritaville Restaurant. The Angelos Steak House has the best steaks around, no need for steak sauce. Hope to rent this unit again in the coming years.

Unfortuantely I don't get rave about the trip I had and the great time we shared as a family, but only because I had to cancel our trip unexpectedly only after mailing in our final payment. The owner Nancy was very understanding and had no problem at all with refunding our money and made every effort to try to reschedule us. I will with no questions asked book with Nancy again in the future she was a pleasure to work with. If the condo is as nice as the owner you couldn't ask for more..

This condo was awesome! My family was very pleased with the condition of this unit...very clean and nicely furnished. The ocean view is breathtaking. We also enjoyed the pools...very large and perfect for kids. The indoor pool was also a great size. THe convenience of being able to rent movies on site as well as get coffee at the condo coffee shop was very accomodating. The condo is very convenient to everything...grocery store, fast food, and pier park. We will definetly book this unit on our next visit to PCB.

.this for all to enjoy. we also did the dolphin excursion for 3 hours, well worth it, excellent condo, far better than what we expected and the location was remarkable. access to the facilities, beach and places to go and eat were excellent as well. great also was the on-site security that maintained a constant presence, they were professional and polite. another big plus was the local and property rules were posted and enforced. definitely recommend st our family of five and the boat captain, out in the gulf, just us and the dolphins. no crowds and trained dolphins in a contained tank. just you and the dolphins swimming in the ocean, unforgettable to put it mildly. this condo had everything you could want or need, very well maintained and a spiritual view with the ocean sounds putting you to sleep every night. please enjoy!

The pictures of this condo are entirely accurate. My family of three spent Christmas break here, and the condo was clean, had comfortable furniture, and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved sitting on the balcony to people-watch and enjoy the sunset each night. The Tidewater complex has great features - fitness center, indoor pool, adult-only indoor hot tubs, outside hot tub (too cold for us to use the outside pool, even though it is heated). Nancy was very nice to work with and I highly recommend this condo for those looking for a wonderful beach vacation. The best Panama City Beach activity we did was the Ashley Gorman Shell Island Cruise - a great deal for a harbor cruise, lunch, one hour on a secluded island, and a dolphin watching cruise all-in-one!

This condo was a great and relaxing getaway for my wife and I. The 11th floor balcony wasn't too low, nor too high. The bed/furniture/bathrooms were very comfortable and the condo itself very clean. The resort is in the perfect location to view fireworks from the pier on Saturday from the balcony. We brought binoculars, which helped us get a closer look at the dolphins playing on the waves. The pools were unbelievably clean and uncrowded, because they are situated on the east/west ends of the resort, we had the option for shade or sun when relaxing by the pool almost any time of day. The beach staff & lifeguards did their job, Tidewater had the cleanest section of beach every day we were there. Nancy was great to work with, thanks for an awesome vacation and a great condo!

My family and I travel to Panama City every year for baseball/softball tournaments. We love Tidewater because it is right next to Frank Brown Park which is where all the tournaments are played. This year we stayed at Nancy's condo for 2 weeks and it felt like home away from home. The condo is beautifully decorated and the pictures on the sight accurately reflect the unit. Nancy was a delight to work with and I plan on booking her condo every year. I would highly recommend staying at this condo because I promise, you will not be disappointed. It truly is first class when it comes to a condo on the beach!!!

My family and I had wonderful time staying in this condo! Very well decorated and comfortable beds. The view was beautiful. This condo is comfortable for 4-6 people. We will be returning to this condo very soon!!!! It was even college spring break and we had no issues, security was very tight! Thank you!

Stayed in condo Nov.6th until Nov.13th.Had a wonderful time. Weather was nice. Condo was exceptional. Furnished in Tommy Bahama, very welcoming. There was nothing needed to make our stay any better. We stayed four nights-September 11th through 14th,2009. The condo is not only beautiful, but very comfortable. The extra touches made us feel welcome and right at home. The owners are so easy to work with and did everything to make our stay special. The resort itself kept us entertained even on rainy days. Elevators to the pools, spa and gym are steps away. The location is definately a plus. We are looking forward to our next trip and recommend this unit to friends and family.
