This nicely furnished villa is located in the Oakwood Community of Sun Lakes, just 16 miles from Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix. Oakwood is a resort style, adult, gated community.
Oakwood has an expansive clubhouse facility complete with restaurants, billiard room, hot tub, adult pool, kids pool and tennis courts. The Oakwood golf course has 27 championship holes.
Our villa has been completely remodeled with tile floors, new kitchen countertops, and southwest decor. Master bedroom has king size bed, private bath and walk-in closet. Master also has TV. Family room has 42" HD flat screen TV. Den has an internet computer with wireless DSL service(for your laptops) and two twin bed for visitors. For entertaining there is new bar with stools and a 42" flat screen TV.
Sun Lakes is close to many golf courses, casinos and the Chandler Fashion Mall.
