Tres Palmas is a private upstairs casita in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Todos Santos. Located to the side of a beautifully landscaped owner-occupied property, it is approximately a mile and half to downtown Todos Santos and a lovely 3 minute stroll to one of the loveliest stretches of beach on the Pacific side of Baja California, playground of the migrating gray whales in the winter months.
One of the best surf breaks in the area is a short 3 miles north and another is a 20 minute drive to the south. The on-site owners are more than happy to share their years of experience in the area in terms of surfing, hiking, camping and fishing. The entire property may be made available for larger groups.

As a 37 year residents of Sitka, Alaska, my husband and I decided 10 years ago that we needed a little more heat in in our lives. We had vacationed annually for the prior 10 years in Mexico and finally decided to invest in Todos Santos. When not commercial fishing in Alaska we are in our lovely home in Mexico, sharing the beauty of our area with others in our rental properties.
