Our spacious lake house is located on a private, quiet road very close to the newly renovated Hurricane Marina and to Floating Mill State Park - which has picnic area, playground, and sandy beach.
The home features an open floor plan with living room, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen. There is a large master bedroom with king-sized bed and beautifully (renovated) master bath with whirlpool tub, separate shower with rain shower head, and double chest vanity. A second bedroom on the first floor has a queen-sized bed and opens onto a screened-in porch.
There is a second bathroom off the main hallway. The second floor features a bonus room plus a third bedroom with bunk beds and daybed.
A large deck along the back of the home affords you a beautiful view of Center Hill Lake (year round) and a wall of sliding glass doors opening out to the deck also gives you this great view of the lake. I love to sit at the round table (put a fire in it if you wish) and watch the sun set over the hills and lake.

For Marla Richardson this is our second home. We love it here and it's such a blessing to be able to go to and only an hour from where we live near Nashville,TN. The view is amazing and watching the sunset over the lake is glorious. We also have bird feeders that bring all types of interesting friends including lots of hummingbirds.
