Our spacious lake house is located on Floating Mill Village Road, a private, quiet road very close to the newly renovated Hurricane Marina and to Floating Mill State Park - which has picnic area, playground, and sandy beach.
The home features an open floor plan with living room, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen. There is a large master bedroom with king-sized bed and beautifully (renovated) master bath with whirlpool tub, separate shower with rain shower head, and double chest vanity. A second bedroom on the first floor has a queen-sized bed and opens onto a screened-in porch.
There is a second bathroom off the main hallway. The second floor features a bonus room plus a third bedroom with bunk beds and daybed.
A large deck along the back of the home affords you a beautiful view of Center Hill Lake (year round) and a wall of sliding glass doors opening out to the deck also gives you this great view of the lake. I love to sit at the round table (put a fire in it if you wish) and watch the sun set over the hills and lake.

3 Night Min on Holidays. Hotel/sales taxes + $75 cleaning fee added to rates.
