Looking for a place to enjoy mountain sports? Want to simply unwind in a breathtaking setting? Our beautiful new mountain townhome is what you're looking for! Built in 2007, this spacious home is beautifully appointed with all new furniture, linens, and appliances (including a washer, dryer, dishwasher & toaster oven).
We have added extra touches to make your experience comfortable, such as a jacuzzi tub in the master bath, coffee with espresso maker, and a waffle maker. Relax by the fire or on the balcony while the kids are being entertained with our collection of children's' games, puzzles, books and videos. The town park is directly across the street from our townhome; it offers a playground, basketball courts, and picnic tables.
In the winter, you will love skiing in fresh Utah powder and you'll especially love the convenience of our ski in - ski out property! Located in the picturesque town of Brian Head, this townhome enables you to participate in skiing and a variety of other winter sports without the headaches, hassles, or expense found in large ski cities. The lifts are adjacent to our townhome, and Brian Head Ski Resort, several small eateries, a ski shop and general store, are all but steps away. The location of this lovely townhome makes skiing convenient and enjoyable.
Whether you're advanced or just beginning, you will love skiing Brian Head! Note that there is a large separate ski area for beginners on Navajo mountain, and an excellent children's ski school. Child care for younger children is also offered; it is exceptional.
In addition to skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and snowboarding are popular winter activities, and rentals are available at several locations across from our townhome. We've even provided a sled, if you want the full mountain sport experience!
In the summer and fall, Brian Head is a lovely destination for biking, hiking, fishing, boating, and ATVing. Hiking and biking trails abound, and wind through the colorful wildflowers that color the mountains in hues of gold and purple. ATV rentals are available across the street, and provide a fun way to explore the mountains.
If you want to bathe your senses in more beauty, we are just a 15 minute drive to the magnificent Cedar Breaks National Monument, and close to Bryce and Zion National Parks. Deer-watching in the evening is also exciting for all ages; on a recent evening, we counted 8 deer grazing in a meadow beneath a full-moon. Brian Head offers this kind of nature...and beauty.
Brian Head is synonymous with beauty, but it's also known for mountain biking! Ride the ski lift with your bike up the mountain, and enjoy the fresh air on your face coming down, on one of the many mountain trails. Bike rentals, and biking tours are available. You may even want to compete in one of the bike races held here on the mountain.
Our townhome offers the perfect vacation or get-away. It easily accommodates several families, and is child-friendly. Why not schedule a girls' weekend here, or a reunion? If you're like most of our guests, we know you'll be back!!!!!!!
