This cottage provides a favorable view of the lake from it’s spacious wrap around front deck. The deck is roomy enough for stretching out on a hammock, dining outside and barbecuing.
The two driveways on the grounds ensure ample parking for two vehicles and a watercraft. Access to the lake is via one of the finest public boat ramps on Lake Livingston. The boat ramp is located at the entrance of the Indian Hills peninsula, making it close by and convenient.
Other local businesses include a boat rental facility (NiceBoats) offering jet skis, pontoon boats, and power boats. A small restaurant/convenience store provides food, snacks, drinks and boat fuel. These businesses and the Church on the Lake are also conveniently located at the entrance to the Indian Hills subdivision.
The Indian Hills peninsula is a very unique neighborhood, affording an Island like atmosphere for the happy residents and visitors. The lake will be in view at all times as you walk the three and a half mile perimeter of the peninsula.
Walking, jogging and bicycling are common on the peninsula because auto traffic is very light. If fishing is your passion, Lake Livingston is a paradise. White bass, black bass, striper, crappie and catfish are very plentiful in the lake.

We stayed here June 19-25th we are a family of four. This was a great place for us to relax and have lots of family fun. The owners are awesome and are very nice they took good care of us and made sure we had every thing we needed. We went fishing, swimming and on bike rides we also played a cool family game they had. The Hammock was my favorite spot with all the large beautiful trees and shade. This is a for sure summer stop if your looking. And a GREAT price too!!
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

June 14, 2009 Just got back from there. It was great. The house is really nice, everything you could need was there, extremely clean. Loved the Deck !!! Big Screen TV, Gas Grill,down to the wine glasses !! Very quiet- Want to go back soon !!!

The description of the layout was very accurate. The property was very clean and well maintained. It was very nice and quite. We enjoyed ourselves very much and would like to visit again.
