Beautiful Condo in the Heart of Park City.
A recent remodel with 1200 square feet of living space located on Park Avenue between world-famous Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort. The property is fully furnished with the mountains in mind, has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.
The bedrooms have double pillow-top mattresses in Queen size, down comforters, flat screen television with dvd player, and an over-stuffed reading chair which overlooks the mountain. As good as the bedroom sounds……the bathrooms are even better. Overhead rainfall shower heads, a jetted tub, raised vessel sinks, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, imported Italian tile and European glass. No need to go to the spa with these bathrooms at your disposal.
The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of snow, sun and fun. The gas fireplace is remote controlled for easy comfort and there is an additional pullout bed for sleeping accommodations. Also, another flat screen television with a dvd player graces the room for some effortless entertainment.
The kitchen is gourmet, and begs for culinary adventure. There are new stainless steel appliances, custom maple cabinetry, knotty alder wine racks and granite countertops.
Floors are new throughout; hand-scraped hardwood, slate landings and in the bathrooms, and shag carpeting in the bedrooms.
Gaze at the beauty that surrounds you from the deck while you eat breakfast, sip coffee or as you BBQ with friends and family. The slopes of Park City Mountain Resort are right outside your window.
The complex has a shared hot tub which holds 12 people and is perfect for giving sore muscles a little TLC after a rigorous day of activity.
Parking is underground and private with a reserved space that has direct access to your unit. There is also a large closet with a secure lock ski/snowboard rack, and a long bench for putting on or taking off your gear.
