This home is a beautiful duplex nestled in aspen trees that overlooks Vail’s Cascade Village. This unique residence is perfect for those who want good access to Vail Mountain, but also want a more private location with spectacular views and a true mountain living feel. Featuring large greenhouse windows in a gourmet kitchen that opens to a living area with pot belly stove for extra warmth, more windows that capture the beauty of the aspens on the hillside, and a large dining table and small kitchen bar. With its 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a private office, there is plenty of room to accommodate 6-7 people comfortably. In addition to the large living area there are 3 decks providing panoramic views of Vail, a one car garage and walk-in mud room to store boots and skies. Private office with desk and couch provides for concentrative work, pleasure reading or afternoon naps!
Skiers and snowboarders can walk to Chairlift #20 (10 minute walk), or to Cascade Village (9 minute walk) for access to Vail Village and Lionshead Village via the free shuttle.
We have negotiated a 50% off discount at Aria Health Spa in Cascade for our guests. This is THE best health club in the Vail Valley and a five minute walk from our home.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We used our Vail home to ski while I'll children attended the great ski programs here. Now we use it to relax in the summer months, or actually to hike, bike, golf, play tennis and live a great outdoor life.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love the access to Vail village and all the amenities of a resort life style without being right in the village. Our house is private where we can sit outside and look up to all the beautiful aspens and wild flowers without distractions of others.
