This comfortably decorated one level, furnished and fully equipped single-family condominium (Casita-1375 square feet) is conveniently located just minutes from shopping and the seven golf courses and four recreation centers offered by this Del Webb Adult Community. No need for a car, as the condo is within walking distance to Safeway, restaurants, drug stores, banks, and under one mile to the Sun Dome and Sports Pavilion!

The unit is court facing with a side private covered patio with a table and 4 chairs and lounge chair for morning sunshine and a small back patio for afternoon sun. The condo is completely tiled with 2 area rugs. The living room has a white leather couch and large white leather chair, wicker chair, coffee table, end table, lamps and TV. The adjoining sitting area has a chair and small table.

The large kitchen has tile countertops and is fully equipped. Small appliances include coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven blender, hand mixer, and small food processor. All cooking utensils, spices, linens, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies are provided. The eating nook has a rattan table with 4 chairs on casters.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed. There is a large dresser with mirror, two nightstands, two lamps and a 13-inch TV, alarm clock and a ceiling fan. The master bath area has a single sink, a large enclosed shower with built-in seat and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom is furnished with a twin trundle bed, nightstand, lamp, desk, office chair, and ceiling fan. It is adjacent the full hall bathroom.

A large utility room has a washer and dryer as well as extra storage cabinets. There is an attached 2-car garage. There is a built-in vacuum system. This is a NON SMOKING home for 55 year-old+ adults. Sorry no pets.

Amenities: This is an 'Active Adult' community in a resort environment. Tenant memberships may be purchased for your use to many facilities including seven golf courses and recreation centers. This membership also gives you the opportunity to get involved in several clubs and allows you to participate in many craft and hobby activities.
