This condo has a great beach side location with a view of the pool and garden area from the private balcony. It has one bedroom with extra sleeping in the loft which has a bunk bed and a day bed. The extra sleeping area makes this like a 2 BR for the price of a one BR.
Perfect for families with young children. There is a TV in the loft area for the kids to watch videos. There are also TV's in the living room and master bedroom. There is a pack n play crib in the unit that you can set up for your youngest vacationer.
Also for your convenience there are 2 beach chairs and an beach umbrella available in the unit for your days at the beach! There is also a selection of books and family friendly board games for your enjoyment.
The pool area is nicely landscaped. There are several charcoal grills and eating areas at the pool. The perfect spot for grilling your fresh catch or burgers and steaks.
EASY BEACH ACCESS! It's just a few feet away from the beautiful Panama City Beach sparkling white sand. You can see the beautiful water of the Gulf of Mexico when you open the front door.
Nautical Watch is a small condominium complex. There are 5 units that are only 3 floors high. Nautical Watch offers the convenience and amenities of the high rises without the crowd.
It is located near Captain Andersons and many other local restaurants. Deep sea fishing and other beach attractions nearby. It is on Thomas Drive, just a few minutes from St. Andrews State Park.
