This visit was amazing. Had great weather everyday. The pool and hot tub were very useful. Went to the country club a few times for lunch. Also went for brunch and Taco night. We went to Disney for 2 days. Played some mini golf and lounged by the pool. We also went up to the big pool a few times. We had a great visit.

Had a great visit! The weather was excellent, in the 80’s every day. Great rip to Key West & two days at the beaches. Golf & clubhouse visits. Lots of dinners and a great seafood. Swam everyday in the pool and hot tub. Wonderful accommodation! Love this area! Hope to see you again!

This month has flown by. Couldn't have asked for better weather-an average 75 with a slight breeze and only one short rainfall the whole time was wonderful. This house is so lovely and comfortable. Our children and their families came down for visits and it was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting. The flora and fauna are exquisite. Couldn't have asked for better hosts. Barb and Jim were attentive to our comfort and helpful in every way. Thank you for a great experience!

Great house, great hosts, great weather. Beautiful scenery, nice golf course. We ate at Mastero's(?) and Blue Point Oyster, very good!

Gorgeous Home & Lovely Area of Legends

This is our 3rd year at the Legends but our first at Jim and Barb's house. This was our best year by far! This is a gorgeous home and a lovely area of the Legends. We had an issue with the fridge and the fridge was replaced within hours. This shows how service-oriented Jim and Barb are. We have renewed our lease for next year and we are already looking forward to our next stay in March 2012. Thanks for everything -- Marcel & Jocelyne, Oakville, Ontario

It will be very difficult to duplicate another month like we have experienced at the Legends in your beautiful home. First the weather has been spectacular! We were able to play as much golf and tennis as we wanted. We very much enjoyed biking and walking the different neighborhoods within the Legends. We found a wonderful restaurant in the "Blue Point" -- loved their fish. Most importantly it was time spent as family! Thank you -- Dennis & Ann, Long Grove, Il.

The month has gone by so quickly and now we have to head home. we had a wonderful time at the Legends and at Jim and Barb's lovely vacation home. It was everything they said. The people were all so friendly. All in all it was a great time. We hope to come back to Fort Myers soon.

We have enjoyed our time here with so much to see and do. The house was great and we enjoyed our time here. We did a lot of sightseeing with being first time visitors. We did the boat trip to Key West - that was an adventure to be sure. We visited friends on Marco Island, in Naples and in Port Charlotte. We had some friends from Bonita Springs to golf with us. We had 3 couples over for dinner and card night just like we all do at home but we were here instead. AND we shopped, much to Neal's chagrin. I saw my first alligators and manatees. Our youngest son, his wife and two children came for a few days visit and the little ones really enjoyed the pool. They are like little fish and don't care how warm or cool the water is. Your neighbor kindly lent us their small table and chairs for the children to use. That was kind. We will do our best to leave your lovely home like we found it. Thank you for sharing it with us. It was a great place for us to get around being so close to I-75. We did not golf as much as we had hoped but found there was just too many other things to do. The course was really nice and the people could not have been friendlier.

Thanks to Jim & Barbara for renting us their lovely home. They are really great "landlords." Although the weather was quite cold we still managed to golf some and had a good time shopping and exploring Ft. Myers. Your neighbors are great as are everyone we have contacted at the LEGENDS COuntry Club. The weather this month was terrific and provided us with many options. ...This home was a perfect rental for us. Our hosts Jim & Barbara welcomed us on arrival, then Jim provided important details on the running of the spa and pool while Barbara showed us around the house. Afterward, Barbara accompanied us to the Club House to help us get registered. These gestures of welcome were so helpful. Thank goodness for the spa! An unusual cold spell prevented much use of the pool but the spa was wonderful. As a result of the cold weather during our stay we had more time for sightseeing and shopping. With Barb's recommendation we found Coconut Point, Gulf Coast Town Center and Bell Tower shops. Miromar Outlet Center is also a perfect place for name brand bargains. We enjoyed the movie theaters at Bell Tower Shops and Gulf Coast Town Center (newer theater-our favorite). The location of the LEGENDS Golf & Country Club affords a central home base from which to drive to great beaches at Fort Myers, Sanibel and Naples, just to name a few. Fort Myers Beach allows dogs and the others are my favorite for collecting shells. The walks on the beaches are wonderful even in cool but sunny times. We feel so fortunate to have rented from Jim and Barbara, their home is lovely and we'd love to return some day.
