Your family will be enthralled by Longboat Key's natural beauty and laid back atmosphere. A short walk to relaxed and upscale restaurants alike. You'll find shopping and beach front parks at nearby St. Armands Circle and Sarasota.
Our house has great water views of Sarasota Bay and the Sarasota skyline. Quiet and private. Private beach access at the end of the street. Heated pool, spa hot tub, great amenities. Feel the breeze on the decks as you sip your martini and listen to music.
Property has Boat dock located 50 feet from open water. Kayak, Fishing, Boating, Jet Ski rentals
Additional Services: We will arrange fishing charters, catered meals, a personal chef, in-home massages, golf tee times at acclaimed Ritz Carlton Beach Club Golf Course, and numerous other services upon request (charges for services are set by vendor).

Based on the photos alone we changed our vacation dates to take advantage of this fantastic property. It was the right move; we were completely spoiled by this home. Location is perfect, views are unrivaled. Wake to beautiful sunrises, walk to Harry's for the morning paper, enjoy your coffee as the bay comes to life. When we arrived there was a minor inconvenience with the pool. Jerry said he would have someone fix in the next day. He couldn't find anyone who was available so he came back and took care of the problem himself. A man of his word! We appreciated it Jerry! This home is extremely well stocked for all of your cooking needs but we chose to eat at Harry's, Euphemia Haye and my favorite, PattiGeorge.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Thank you for a fantastic house and relaxing vacation. The house and location were exactly as advertised and we had a wonderful time. For the most part we spent our vacation on your porch reading and enjoying the bay views. Our dog Lucy loved running on the beach in the mornings and relaxing by the pool the rest of the day. If we come back to LBK - we will definitely book your house again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway.

What an incredible vacation! We had a great time at this incredible home, it was exactly as advertised and the views were incredible. We felt comfortable from the time we arrived to our departure. My children enjoyed the pool, fishing from the dock and the pool table. The elevator made it easy to unload and load the car. The daily boat rides and fishing trips from my own boat were outstanding, I am very thankful that you offer this property for rent as it made a truly memorable vacation for me and my family, ThanksRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We returned to Tarawitt for the second year in a row. Nothing has changed, thankfully. We absolutely love staying here. Our 8 year old daughter refers to it as the beach-tree house because it feels as if you are up in the trees, which provides such spectacular views. We were on dolphin look-out daily. Of course they didn't disappoint showing up in the bay as always. Even though the weather was a little gray with Tropical Storm Debby approaching, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The close proximity to our favorite restaurants, Mar Vista, The Columbia, and Dry Dock, is a plus. The convenience of the beach being only a short walk is wonderful. The Mote is our daughter's favorite activity- as well as the pool at the house! Other advantages include the elevator (I have a bad back), the washer and dryer, and garage to park our car -so it was never hot when we left to go anywhere and allowed cover when raining. The only thing that would make it better would be if the upper balcony/porches were screened. However, we highly anticipate returning next summer. Thanks again for a much needed respite!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great location. Quality building inside and out. Clean & Tasteful decorated. Great outside area especially pool. We did not use the beach access although we could see that path at the end of the street. This is better than some LBK streets that require you to access thru public areas. Owners were very accomodating. This would be one of the top rentals we would consider again for the LBK area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This was one of the most relaxing vacations that we have had. Loved the hardwood floors in the house, along with the speakers for the music all around the outside. My husband had an excellent time fishing and watching the dolphins come up to the entrance of the canal.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

The dolphins playing at the edge of the canal and the starfish our son found down by the wooden post were the biggest highlights.
