The following is basic information that I send to everyone who is interested in renting for the season or yearly. Seasonal $3,000 per month, Yearly $2000 per month. The house is 3BR, 2bath and has a great layout with everything on one floor... approx. 1600 sq. ft. with a two car garage. Some personal items will need to be stored in the garage but room can be made to park one car in the garage if needed. There is also a driveway to accomodate two more cars. There is a community pool and clubhouse overlooking the water with a small marina. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the house to the pool and there is plenty of parking if you prefer to drive. You are also close to many popular restaurants, shopping, movie theater, Publix, etc... Location is approximately 1.5 miles east of I95 exit on Indiantown Rd... just down the street from Jupiter beach, inlet, Carlin Park and Jupiter Maltz Theater.
These are single family homes and only 6 are on the water at the end of the cul-de-sac. It is a very private setting and yet you are close to everything. Backyard has large screened in lanai area that is also covered so you can sit outside if it is raining. We will consider a pet with additional deposit.
