We were delighted by many aspects of this villa. It was an excellent value. The owner was very gracious and accomodating and always very prompt in response to any questions. The private pool was a delight. The place was very spacious with pool table, table tennis and games that were enjoyed by young and old alike. The location was as described, close to many stores and restaurants and within an easy drive of the airport and theme parks. The wireless internet and cable television worked very well which has not been true in other places we have stayed. The furnishings were a little older as described by the previous reviewer but everything was very clean. The Brittany villa was a key resource in enabling our group to have a wonderful vacation.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with young children.

The furniture and decor were outdated and worn, but loved the pool and the spaciousness of it all. Our family had a great time staying here. The house was very clean and maintained well. Disney theme parks were only 10 minutes away and the property was very close to outlets, restaurants and a Wal-mart. A little displeased that we ran out of toilet paper and had to run out and buy some. Especially after paying an $80 restocking and cleaning fee. Overall I would recommend this property. But be sure to bring supplies with you like toilet paper and tissues.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.
