Ideally we are looking to rent to snowbirds from Oct or Nov until Mar or Apr each year. However, we are also willing to entertain other options such as if someone just needs a place for a month or two. This is a beautifully furnished new home with a view of Lake Mead from the patio. Boulder City is a fabulous small town community with golf courses, bowling and entertainment.
With the city life of Las Vegas just 22 minutes away for a night on the town and the world famous Hoover Dam just 2-3 miles away. The house is single level in a very quiet community with many seniors living in the neighborhood. Master Bedroom has a huge walk in closet and bathroom with jacuzzi tub. RV parking is also available.
