Dining area for eight and island seating as well! This floor also has a Queen sized Master Bedroom with marble bath, and a bunk room with custom log bunk-bed, both rooms with flat screen TV's.
The lower level has a luxurious Master Suite with fireplace, king sized bed,flat screen TV, sitting area, two walk in closets and a spa bath with Heated Floor, Steam Shower and Jacuzzi. Outside is a private stone patio with Hot Tub. All rooms have flat screen TVs. Wifi, DVD, Stereo system, Wine Refrigerator are a few of the many amenities provided.

We rented this amazing home for a week between Christmas and New Years. It was perfect. Beautifully decorated, very high-end appliances, very comfortable and the three bedrooms were perfect for my wife and I, our son and my mother-in-law. Speaking of bedrooms the bed in the master was pure heaven, like sleeping on a cloud. The location couldn't have been better, just steps (95 to be exact) down to the heart of Main Street and 1/2 a block to a Park City Mountain Resort run that takes you right to the ticket office and town lift. While we could have easily taken the shuttle to the other mountains we rented a car for grocery runs, and to drive to Deer Valley, our preferred mountain. We will certainly be back again.

This home is fabulous! Our family of five stayed here during January, and enjoyed our stay very much. Everything is well done and is in the perfect location to enjoy the town of Park City. The owner was so gracious and easy to work with as she made sure things were nice for us when we arrived. She also called us a few days ahead and offered wonderful recommendations of places to eat and play. When we come back, we hope to come back here to stay. Thank you, Elizabeth!

Our family has rented this home each time we have come out to UTAH to ski. This is an incredible luxury rental private home, that goes above and beyond a ski rental. The house is impeccably decorated and appointed, full upscale appliances in the kitchen, wireless sound system, hot tub, steam shower, and within walking distance to all the great restaurants and bars in OLD TOWN. It is a short walk to the slopes and buses so you can ski ALL 3 mountains. The owner is amazing and treats you like family. Enjoy this house, but please treat it as your own! No car needed with this rental.

We just rented at this home for the first week in April. The house is absolutely beautiful with top of the line decorations and appliances. The master bedroom and bath are wonderful and spacious. It was a great location for going into town. There was an attached garage which made it easy to park and ski other resorts. It was just down a couple of flights of stairs to go to dinner and shopping. My only mildly negative comment would be that the family room is small and was crowded if more than a couple of people were in it. We would definitely stay there again. We had a fantastic vacation.

Hi Elizabeth, I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your absolutely breathtaking Park City property. You did such an amazing job designing it- so beautiful and high-end, and at the same time extremely comfortable. Everything we needed and every amenity was provided for us. The privacy situation for our two families could not have been any better. I'm so glad that we ended up at your place instead of the one that fell through. On a side note, what a son you have! Wow, as he modestly was telling us about what he's been up to in his life so far, we were waiting to hear that he's also an astronaut! :) We really appreciated his offer to stop at the grocery store, and how accommodating he was with our schedule. We just got back from a fabulous Christmas vacation in Park City. Our trip would not have been the same if we did not stay in such a great house. We give it five stars all around - great location to town, entirely renovated, all high end appliances, huge master suite and bath, our kids loved the bunk beds, tv's in each bedroom, quiet, hot tub overlooking town, close to Deer Valley and ski in/ski out to Park City and great set up to entertain family or friends! We are quite particular when we travel and we usually find something wrong. This house was so comfortable and well done that we could not complain at all! We are looking forward to another trip to Park City and making so more great family memories at 408 Woodside Avenue!
