Built in 2006, this fabulous “Edgewater” home was a top of the range builder’s model until July 2008. Built on an extended lot the villa offers 3000 square feet of air conditioned space and the overwhelming impression is of light, space and quality. The location too has lots to offer. The beautiful white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are only 8 miles from your door and the community of Rotonda offers no less than 5 championship golf courses. In the spacious 3 car garage you will find two sets of good quality golf clubs together with beach chairs for your use. Cape Haze is an area of unspoilt natural beauty and boating and fishing are extremely popular. Boca Grande provides Florida’s finest tarpon fishing and various charter agencies can offer water sports to suit all levels and interests.
Fishing piers, boat / jet ski hire and dolphin and manatee cruises are all available minutes from home. Eating out is casual but there is a wide range of restaurant styles and more than enough variety to offer an alternative to the poolside barbecue. Retail therapy is well catered for with Port Charlotte mall only 15 minutes away. For a wider range of shopping Sarasota offers everything from the exclusive shops of St Armand’s Circle to the Ellenton Shopping outlet with designer labels at great prices. The resorts of Fort Myers and Naples are within easy reach to the south.
This villa has everything you would expect in a luxury property. The master bedroom with king size bed has an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and Roman shower. Bedroom two with a queen bed and bedroom three with twin beds share the family bathroom with two wash basins and a large walk in shower. There are flat screen TVs in the lounge and master bedroom offering cable television while the study has internet access for your use.

We had a truly wonderful time staying in your beautiful, spacious and comfortable home. Although the website shows it well they failed to convey the wow factor which we experienced on arrival. The house is the perfect base for agolfing holiday with a host of stunningly beautiful, top class courses within easy driving distance. First of all I loved the house on the website! It was so different from the usual style of holiday home. I wasn't disappointed on arrival - it was all it said on the package! I had a blissful few weeks and hope to come back again. Beautiful house, glorious beaches and shopping wonderful. I'll certainly recommend it to my friends and family - or maybe I should keep it as my little secret! Many thanks

Thank you for sharing your home. We found the area quiet,relaxing and peaceful.A great deal of time was spent around the pool, golfing and of course shopping.We took some day trips to the beach, aquarium and surrounding ara. We had te best fish dinner at Fisherman's wharf! Easter was spent with a turkey on the BBQ - delicious! once again - .Thank you
