Our Vacation home is located just 10 minutes from The Villages and 20 minutes from Ocala and a little over one hour you can be in Orlando, Daytona or Crystal River.
This home is perfect for water skiing, tubing and wakeboarding with it own private boat launch.
Great Central location. We are on a 500 Acre beautiful, spring-fed PRIVATE lake. Enjoy a relaxing and peaceful vacation away from it all. If you like to fish, then you will love the fishing from the end of our dock or on your boat where you will find large mouth bass, brim,catfish and lots of others!!
Our home has five bedrooms, three baths, dinning and living room playroom and storage located on Smith Lake, nestled in a very quiet and peaceful setting yet close enough to everything you need.
The home has a large deck on the back that overlooks the lake with a gas fire pit to enjoy a marshmallow roast or a glass of wine at the end of your day. Smith Lake is ideal for swimming, skiing, tubing, jet skis, and fishing. Our home has its own private dock and boat ramp, bring you boat or ski's because there is plenty of private parking.
The property has large oak and cypress tree's. Nature abounds in the setting. There are beautiful birds, ducks, a couple of otters, turtles and several bald eagle's make there round along with several hawks.
Our home is large and spacious and easily accommodates two families. Great for family reunions. The living room is large with a flat screen TV and plenty of room for the entire family!
If theme park fun is what you're looking for, Wild Waters and Silver Springs and within a 20 min drive and in a little over one hour you can be at Walt Disney World, Universal Studio's, Sea World and Busch Gardens. After a day at the parks you will not mind the short drive back to a slice of heaven where you can set on the large deck and light the fire pit and RELAX!!!
You have grocery shopping within five min, plenty of boutique shopping and lots of fine dinning in The Villages 10 min. and Ocala 20 min.

I would like to say Thank you for giving us the opportunity to enjoy our vacation at your lake house. I must say this is one of the best rentals and it's well worth the rental price! It is very well maintained and everything you need is right there. The lake is just beautiful and the entire family enjoyed everything about it. It doesn't get any better than this!! What a great house,with everything you could ever need for a perfect vacation!! We had our adult children and five grandchildren (four learned to ski for the first time !) all together for a fun-filled, relaxing week.Plenty of room for everybody!Beautiful lake,kids loved the trampoline! Beautiful large yard,great deck, dock,it's own boat ramp.The house is HUGE-beautifully decorated,but extremely comfortable ! Even fresh fruit and flowers !!The owners are Great! Highly recommend!!

The house is beautiful and spacious. We had 13 people join in for a family reunion, and there was enough room for everyone to eat together. The view of the lake is wonderful! We canoed, played in the game room, had a barbecue, played party games, worked a jigsaw puzzle, had dinner parties, and even had a group exercise session in the large living room. We definitely want to come back again.

This was our first lake house rental and we could not have been happier with our choice of this place. The house and property are very nice, quiet, and very spacious. With its own dock and boat ramp on the private lake, we were able to launch our wakeboard boat and really take advantage of enjoying some watersports with friends and family. Everything you need for a week's stay or longer is at the house and shopping is only a 10 min drive for groceries. Everyone had such a great time and commented on just how nice of a place we picked out. The owner was great, even making my reservations via email while I was overseas. Without a doubt we will pick this place again for our next getaway on the lake!

We loved the house and the lake access made the stay super for us. Having it's own private concrete boat ramp really made it special. The lake is great size for skiing and fishing. While it's primarly a fishing lake, the people fishing got used to us being on the water everyday. Nice Quiet lake without much traffic on the water. The water trampoline was fun and dock was a great place to relax. House had everything you could ever want! We are going back next year!

I stayed at the house in March 2009 and it exceeded all of my expectations. Everything in the house is of the highest quality, the lake is great, and you couldn't ask for better weather. It really was a 1st class operation.
