Come and escape to our luxurious retreat for your upcoming vacation. This unit is located on the 13th floor of desirable Beachside two offering breathtaking views of the emerald green waters and white sand beaches. Our condo has been professionally decorated and filled with all you could possibly need for your escape to the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
While staying in our condo you will relax as you enjoy the wonderful gulf views from the moment you walk in. As you enter the condo you notice that this is no ordinary vacation rental. This unit has been TOTALLY renovated to include custom cabinets, granite counter tops (in kitchen and bath), stainless steel appliances, tile in kitchen, bathroom, living/dining and comfortable furnishings. The entire condo welcomes you to sit and relax as you look out to beautiful Gulf waters and sugar sand beaches – you can see to the gulf from the living area, bedroom, and even the kitchen!
Our condo has one bedroom and one bathroom. It is well-equipped and has everything you will need for your stay. The bedroom has a king bed with a wall of windows looking out to the Gulf. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping quarters if needed. You may not want to leave this vacation paradise!
Should you decide you want the unit, we require $45 processing fee which includes an accidental protection plan.

The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400 acre resort located on the panhandle of Florida with a beautiful private beach, four golf courses, over 40 restaurants, live entertainment, tennis, spa, marina, childrens activities, numerous shops and much more.
Amenities: Two TV's, DVD, washer, dryer, fully equipped with linens provided (excluding beach towels).
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm /Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.

My husband and I celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary (married on the beach in Destin) and my birthday in Destin, Fl.. We love, love, loved the condo and Beachside Two.!!! I am a interior designer and a little OCD. I normally wipe down everthing everywhere I go. Your home was so clean and beautifully decorated we felt right at home. We have the same colors in our Beach theme basement. The views wear AMAZING fom every room! The hardest part was leaving the condo. I recommend this condo to anyone with good taste and OCD like me. Thanks for fulfilling your promise and making our celebration memorable. Its was everything you said and more. We will be back soon!

This condo has everything you need to make a wonderful vacation! Perfect for a small family or a romantic getaway! It is clean, beautifuly decorated and has amazing views from every room. Very convienient to Baytowne Wharf and other Destin attractions. Poppy's (Baytowne Wharf) and Harry T's (HarborWalk Village) were our favorite restaurants. The booking process was very easy and we look forward to renting this condo again.

I just wanted you to know that our stay at Beachside 2 (condo #4328) was fabulous. My friend and I have been coming to Destin for 20 years and have stayed at Beachside 2 for at least 13 years. What a nice surprise to find that this was the condo we use to rent 5-6 years ago, when it was owned by someone else. We loved staying here again.

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay this past week at Unit 4328 at Beachside II. We’ve stayed in that building many times and this was the best unit so for our taste. We try to make it to Destin several times a year so we’ll be looking for this unit again.

Just writing to tell you that me and my husband had such a WONDERFUL time on our honeymoon. The resort was perfect! There was tons to do and tons to look at. The beach was beautiful and in the perfect location. We have been telling everyone about the resort and how wonderful it was. We are already planning on coming next year and possibly bringing others along!! Thanks for everything!! We will definetly stay in touch.(For next year)
