Burnt Store Marina Resort is a gated community located on Charlotte Harbor near Punta Gorda, Ft Myers and Pine Island on the not-so-crowded Central Gulf Coast of Florida. The condo is located within the Resort in the separately-gated neighborhood of "Prosperity Point" which features two sizable swimming pools/spas, Friday evening get-togethers and regular golf outings. The three 9-hole golf courses, fitness center, tennis courts, two restaurants and the 550-slip marina are all located within the confines of the resort.
This mid-level unit of a 3-story building is accessed by both elevator from the lobby/private attached 2-car garage and by stairs from the driveway/garage.
