This is a beautifully maintained and year round accessible home, fully furnished from top to bottom with everything you could need, thirty minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs and ten minutes from Lake George. A large screen TV in the basement rec room allows separation and quiet for those in the first and second floors,where separate TVs are located. A master bedroom suite with walk in closet is on the top floor with western views through the French doors overlooking the lake.
The house is located on gorgeous and very private Glen Lake, a mile and a half long and a half mile wide, ideal for family boating, sailing, kayaking and fishing activities without the congestion or worry of the bigger crowds on Lake George, which is only minutes away. Kayaks on property are available for renters into the fall months. In winter, the lake is one of the most popular ice fishing locations in the northeast and close to most of the New York and Vermont ski areas as well as local outlet shopping, only minutes away. Why spend a fortune to be slope side when you can be here for pennies on the dollar and have a large home with all the amenities?
The house is ten years old and very comfortable with accessibility from the ground floor on the lake side, making entrance easy for everyone, young or old and with or without handicap. The house is located on a 125 foot frontage directly on the lake with docks and a small beach on an otherwise clear water sandy bottomed cove. The lake front is remotely lighted as are outdoor areas and there is an over sized garage with remote openers.
The house is booked from May 15 to Labor Day every year, but fall foliage, Adirondack Balloon Festival and winter rentals are still available, so call today to arrange your visit as soon as possible.
