STERLING SHORES RESORT is a beautiful gated resort in the "HEART OF DESTIN". Close to everything that you could possibly do or see. Golf, shopping, grocery, amusement park, waterpark, dining, fine dining. We now have "Ruth Chris Steak House" right next door and Ruth Chris will even do delivery right to your condo unit.

Our unit is located in the center of this 11 story highrise condo located on the fourth(4th) floor of the building. Beautiful view from the kitchen, livingroom, and balcony of the beautiful "Gulf of Mexico". Sit out on your private balcony in the mornings with your cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise with the gulf breeze and the evenings enjoy a glass of your favorite beverage or a glass of wine and watch the beautiful sunset.

We also have 2 pools located on this gated community resort. Enjoy our beach pool right on the beach with a full service snack bar, restrooms or relax at our 4300sqft lagoon style pool with fountain that the kids love to have fun in.

As of September 2009 we now have a NEW Fitness Center located on the second floor....

  • Pam, This was another wonderful year at your condo. We area making plans to visit again later this year and next summer. My child loves the pool, the beach and really enjoys the afternoon crafts sponsored by Sterling. I visited another rental unit in the complex this year and your unit was much nicer. We really like the location and all of the wonderful ammenities. Thanks for all of the little extras you provide. We will be back soon.

  • We just returned from Destin and had a wonderful time in the Pam Patten condo and must say the pictures do not do it justice. It is so clean elegant and relaxing. The location is extremely convienent to the beach, pools and great food and prices at the pool's snack bar. Pam is a wonderful hostess to Destin and guides you to the neatest places and things to do. We loved the security the property offered and loved the location. Don't miss out on a great condo for your family.
