Comfortable leather furnishings in living room, well carpeted, suitable for a single family with good references. 10+ acres of woods with informal trails that can be used for snowshoeing or X-C skiing, views of mountains and Hazen's Notch.
No animals, no smoking. 15 minutes from ski resort, 10 minutes from X-C Ski Center, 5 minutes from pubs/restaurants/supermarket/pizzeria/video store, etc. Ample parking.
