If you want absolute quiet for your vacation you may want to look elsewhere. From our condo you hear the constant soothing sound of waves breaking on the shore 5 floors down. The north facing wall of the living room consists of 6 floor to ceiling glass panels that slide behind each other to create a breath taking, unobstructed 180 degree panoramic of beautiful Condado Beach. Whether it be a cup of coffee in the morning or cocktails at sunset, we spend most of our time in directors chairs pulled up to the balcony railing, gazing out over the expanse of the Atlantic Ocean.
The condo is next to the Mariott Hotel, which offers a world-class casino and live entertainment nightly. Ashford Avenue, the "main drag" in San Juan, is one block away and offers numerous excellent restaurants, shops and more casinos. The Atlantic Beach Hotel is three block away and a great location for happy hour seven days a week!
Taxis and public transportation are easily available in front of the Mariott and the Walgreens at the corner has a great mini grocery for stocking the kitchen for your stay.
The condo itself is very secure, requiring one key to gain entrance to the property and lobby and a second key to operate the elevator, as well as keys to the apartment itself.

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. We felt very secure and the property manager was very helpful. Everything you needed was in walking distance so you really didn't need a car. There were taxis everywhere. The owner was very helpful and I would highly recommend this property to friends and family. We loved this area of San Juan.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
