My wife and I enjoyed a first time visit to Puerto Rico in March of 2012 and certainly hope to return sometime in the future. Oftentimes when traveling we look for 2 bedroom condos (snoring issues but won't say from whom) which oftentimes are priced the same or even below a one bedroom hotel room in the same area. There's always some nervousness when visiting for the first time so we were most pleased when this condo turned out to be everything as advertised. Others have reviewed before me so without sounding too repetitive I will just emphasize the great location and beach, exceptionally clean condo, great working A/C (which we always turned off when leaving and it cooled so rapidly upon return), 24-hour Walgreens across the street, and different restaurants/hotels/casinos all within easy walking distance. Nora is extremely efficient business-wise which is comforting. My wife and I missed the deadline for full payment (neither of us really paid enough attention ) but Nora made it easy to pay via PayPal with an extremely quick turnaround to get keys to us before we left. We would definitely rent a unit again from her should we be lucky enough to visit this beautiful island. Note of caution. Normally I decline all car rental insurances since my regualr policy covers things when renting. I just happened to check with my agency before I left (to verify coverage) and found out my auto policy was void in Puerto Rico for whatever reason. This shocked me and it resulted in me having to buy the SLI (Supplemental Liabilty Insurance for about $10 a day) to cover this potential liability. My credit card (VISA) still would pay for car damage/loss of use but I was exposed for the first $250,000 of any liability claim if that had occured. Not the type of surprise we wish for. Please check your policies if traveling to PR and renting a car.

Stayed in this 2BR in early June with my wife, daughter, and parents. The condo was exactly as advertised. We all had a great time. The location is right on the beach. The parking space was a nice bonus. Restaurants and shopping are plentiful and close by. Inside, the kitchen was well stocked with pretty much everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal. The A/C blows cold, which is nice after being outside for a while. The bathrooms have good water pressure, with no problems. Bedrooms are good size, with plenty of space for clothes. Living room could easily hold 6-8 people. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We just sat with a drink and listened to the ocean a lot of the time. Inside, the TV is a little small, but if you're not watching it, I don't think it's a problem. I guess many of us are spoiled on the 47-55" screens that seem to be everywhere these days. The grounds are good. The pool area is nice and big. The pool is warm, even at 7AM. The beach is great. They are cleaned daily, and you can rent umbrellas and beach chairs right in front of the Condo. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. We have no problems renting this condo again. The owners are very nice, communicate well with you via email, and are very helpful with recommending places to eat, shopping, and car rentals.

My husband, mother, 3 yr old daughter and myself spent a week at this terrific condo in jan 2010. The pics don't necessarily do it justice as it is impossible to capture the views from EVERY room-gorgeous. Good floorplan, nice balcony, good tvs and kitchen. exceptional location - gorgeous beach directly in front of the unit...literally steps. Nice pool, building, security and grounds. Nora was very easy to work with and there was no hassle with deposits, refunds, etc. Would definitely return...only suggestion for improvement would be a new coffeemaker and a new lint catcher for the dryer (the washer and dryer both worked very well though). Overall, a very nice, comfortable and convenient property in gorgeous spot...thanks!

It had been 5 years since I saw my mother, and I was very excited to hear that for our reunion, she had rented a beachfront apartment in Puerto Rico. I live there, but she came all the way from Belgium to come and visit me. I expencted a simple little condo with a bedroom a kitchen, bathroom, etc, but when I walked in, I had become even more excited. The apartment was spotless, neat, and beautiful. The furniture was all white which worked really well with the blue that was added around the rooms in the forms of sheets, pillows, etc. Walking in gave me the feeling of walking into a fresh, clean environment; it felt like home. Living in Puerto Rico, I have gone to the beach many times, but the view from the balcony made me want to never leave the appartment. We spent as much time on the balcony as we did cooking and sleeping. Nothing was missing at all either; there were two tv's, a dvd player, some books, a washing machine and dryer, a blender, everything. The only things that we needed to buy were food and sun block. I had a wonderful time in that apartment and if I could, I'd go back tomorrow. :)

We were very pleased with our stay at Nora's condo apartment. The property was clean and bright and has a wonderful view of the beach. The photos and description were accurate in all respects. The Marbella del Caribe was conveniently located so we could walk to the larger hotels and visit the casinos and restaurants. We rented a car from Charlie's Car Rental which is just down the block for a few days and my husband was very satisfied with the car and the customer service. It was a short trip to Old San Juan and the Rain Forest. All in all we had a very pleasant and relaxing week.

I took my grandchildren to P.R Nov 19 - Nov 25th. I was very fortunate to have found Nora Bertucci. I waited for the last minuter to make my arrangements and contacted Nora. Immediately after she received my money she sent me the keys overnight. The condo was at a great location and I felt very safe there. The guards were very nice and helpful as well. The view from the condo was amazing. The twins loved the beach and the pool. We enjoyed sitting on the patio while watching the waves. The bedroom had a king size bed which was great. The twins enjoyed sleeping on the living room futon. Washer/drier was like new. The condo had everything you could possible need including a cooler which was nice to take to the beach. I recieved my deposit within a week. Nora was extremely professional responsible and honest. I will definetly return and stay at Nora's place. She has several units so check her other units. Nora was wonderful to work with. Thank you Nora.

The condo is in a great location. The apartment was clean and pretty. The A/C broke down twice during the 5 nights we were there. It is very difficult to sleep in the Puerto Rico Summer heat. We found this out the hard way. Ms. Bertucci was very prompt to get it repair but, this put a sour time to our vacations.
Owner response:It was unfortunate that the air conditioner broke down. However, I did send the repair person immediately and have since replaced the entire unit. It is very important to me to make sure everything is in excellent working condition and I always respond as quickly as possible to rectify any problems.

My family and I stayed here in June of 2009. It was beautiful. Everything mentioned on VRBO was accurate and the owners, Nora and Dominic Bertucci were very kind and helpful. Arranging to stay in this condo was effortless; thanks to the attentiveness of Nora. We had everything we needed in the condo to enjoy a wonderful stay on the beach. The pool was very nice, the building staff was very helpful and the other guests/tenants in the building were pleasant. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone wishing to travel to Puerto Rico - it was absolutely fantastic. Thanks Nora!
