  After I read all the wonderful reviews for this property, my expectations were very high. I can tell you your Condo, exceeded our expectations. I agree with everything said in the many reviews. The condo, pool and property are gorgeous. We have been to Kauai 4 times now and this is by far the best property and location we have had the pleasure of staying. Ron is so easy to work with, he communicates back in a timely fashion and always answered any question completely that I had. My only fear is that this unit will become so popular, we won't be able to get it next time we come over. I highly recommend this unit and location. One other thing the people in the building we just wonderful, as was Rod (Ron's on island contact) Aloha!

  We have stayed at the Alihi Lani approximately 10 times, for two weeks each trip. We have stayed in 4 of the 6 units, and this is by far our favorite unit - we have already booked our return trip for next year. Our family of four (includes two tween and teen boys) fits perfectly in this unit - plenty of space to have privacy. Here are my highlights to this property: beautiful 5 minute walk to 'sandy' beach, amazing view from lanai of whales breaching, the sun setting, and turtles swimming, 15 minute walk to two separate shopping/restaurant areas, pool is very private feeling - only six units share it so it is very quiet, bbq grills and nicely appointed kitchen allows for easy and relaxing dining, outdoor property is kept very tidy.

  This was our 4th trip to Kauai and the 4th time we stayed at Alihi Lani 3. It just keeps getting better. We didn't think that was possible since each trip has been perfect. The accommodations are wonderful. It is truly wonderful being able to wake up and go to sleep with the music of the ocean! One can have their morning cup of coffee on the lanai that gives you almost a 180 degree view of the pacific. You don't have to go anywhere but your lanai to see the magnificent sunsets. The condo is clean,comfortable and modern with all the conveniences of home and more. Each year that we've been there we see new upgrades. The location is great within walking distance of shopping,eating places and sandy beaches. Sitting on the lanai we have seen whales, dolphins and sea turtles playing in the ocean. When we go back home to North Dakota and the weather is bad or we are having a difficult day, we close our eyes and imagine being on the lanai looking at that view and it makes the bad stuff go away! Thank you Johnson's for sharing your piece of paradise with us! We love it so much that we have already made our plans for 2013. Our daughter and her family are planning on setting something up and we have recommended the Johnson's condo to all our friends and relatives. A vacation to Kauai is absolutely great, but having the perfect place to stay has made it even better.

  This was my second stay at this unit. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The condo is located on the sunny side of the island where the sun is always shining bright even if it is raining on the other parts of the island. The unit looks out into the ocean where the sun set can be watched from the back porch. The unit is spacious and beautifully decorated, fully equipped with cooking tools and appliances, washer and dryer (which was really nice!) and great showers. It is always bright and sunny and the ocean breeze keeps the condo at a perfect temperature. We woke up every morning to the sounds of birds chirping and went to bed every night to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore across from the condo. It was peaceful, serene and a great place to recharge. Whether you are a person who likes the ocean but rather avoid the sand, or like a gorgeous beach this is the perfect place. The unit has a gorgeous pool which overlooks the ocean and just a short walk from the unit are beautiful beaches where you will find snorkeling, boogie boarding, surfing and great happy hours! This was truly a magnificent experience and I look forward to many more vacations in Kauai in this unit.

  My family just spent 9 days at Alihi Lani #3 and LOVED IT! If you want an ocean view - THIS IS IT! A spectacular view from the lanai - we watched the beautifuls sunsets every night. A gorgeous recently remodeled unit made us feel right at home. We loved being able to grill fresh fish or steaks on one of their Weber grills in the pool area. Our 2 year old son loved swimming in their new pool and we were able to use their "pack and play" and an umbrella stroller upon request. The white sandy beach is just a short walk away and there was plenty of beach gear available to use. We will definitely be back!!!!

  Fabulous week long stay in Ron's apartment. The view from the lanai is absolutely stunning. The apartment is wonderfully located close to excellent beaches and restaurants. The apartment itself is extremely well equipped - beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach towels and coolers....everything you could possible need for a week in paradise! Would definitely stay here again. Now if only Kauai was closer to Virginia......

  My family of 4 enjoyed every moment of our stay. The location, the condo and recreation area were great. The condo was in excellent condition: newly remodeled with tasteful details. Pool is just 2 steps away from patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee while watching turtles swimming in the ocean. The nice swimming beach is only minutes away as well as shopping and snorkling! We will be back soon :)

  Stop looking for a condo, and book this! We had a great 5-day stay here. Everything is beautiful and luxurious- gorgeous stone flooring, high-end kitchen countertops, fabulous pool, very comfortable beds, great stone shower, the list of great things is endless. The location is perfect- short walk to the Sheraton beach, sea turtle viewing right across the road, reasonable walk to restaurants and shopping. Best of all, the proximity and view of the ocean from the lanai is fantastic. I would stay here on all my future visits!

  My wife, myself and our two kids (9/12) spent 2 weeks on Kauai, 1/2 our time on the East Side and 1/2 on the South, ending at Alihi Lani. This was the perfect spot to end our vacation. The pool is literally under 20 feet out the sliding door, so for parents we could sit on the patio and enjoy the views while the kids (and Dad) swam. Many times we had the pool to ourselves as their are only 6 units total. The view was amazing and relaxing -- we are ALL missing having dinner on the very nicely setup setup patio, what feels like feet from the ocean. The cove in front of the unit had a consistent flow of 3-6 sea turtles we could watch -- water was a bit rough for snorkeling here during our trip, but based on comments in the book at the unit, others clearly snorkel here. The unit itself was nice and complex was quiet. If you are looking for a smaller unit, away from the crowds, but less then a mile from great food and shopping, I HIGHLY recommend Alihi Lani. We are already plotting our return trip. Lastly, Ron, the owner couldn't have been better to work with. THANKS RON! Eric

  What a wonderful place to stay in beautiful Kauai! We've stayed at many rental properties all over the US, and this was the best-supplied one ever. All our needs for the beach were there, the kitchen was well supplied also. This is a true ocean-view condo, we spent every morning on the lanai watching the waves (and seals and sea turtles). You can hear the surf from the condo also. The location is perfect with all the restaurants and sights of the south shore within a short drive. I can't say enough about how glad we are we chose this condo for our 10th anniversary trip.

  " What a trip, the condo, the location, the ocean view, the island, everything was fabulous! The furnishings are top notch,with new lanai and living room furniture just delivered. The newly redone pool and front yard were the perfect setting for our afternoon relaxation and BBQ for dinner.   This our fourth visit to Kauai at Alihi Lani. It just keeps getting better. The upgrades in the condo are outstanding and when combined with the renovation of the pool and landscaping, makes it feel like I was at a completely new and different property. Waking up to the sound of the ocean, having our morning cup of coffee on the lanai, walking along the coast, warching turtles and relaxing by the pool are recurring highlights that never get old. This location is perfect and will be coming back for years to come. I already miss the serenity of it all and looking forward to my next visit. Thanks Ron!!!

  Ron, Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise. When we opened the door and walked to the lanai,the first word out of my mouth was " WOW " and then I heard an echo of WOW ! WOW ! It could not have been more perfect. My job was to put this 60th Birthday trip together for the girls and you made that painless. I am going to get a lot of mileage out of this if you know what I mean. There is nothing to want, everything is on hand and usually twice over. The location, location,location, could not be better. Beautiful sunsets, walking distance to restaurants, small malls and beaches. Binoculars are a must this time of year if you enjoy whale watching as I do. As the girls would go for walks in the morning and stimulate the local economy, I would enjoy a cup of java or two with breakfast and count whales until I soon lost count. No shortage of turtles either. My only regret is I should have booked for two weeks. Thanks again Ron " I'll be back "

  My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Kauai and Ron's condo was perfect! The location was outstanding in Poipu. The more exploring we did during our 10 days, the more we realized what an excellent location and accommodations we were enjoying. A short walk across the street for sea turtle viewing each morning and dolphin sightings from the lanai. Access to the pool and parking (1st floor condo) was also very appreciated. All the amenities of home are in the kitchen for any meals cooked on the BBQ. Beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, etc. are there for use and came in handy. Nearby shopping and restaurants are great. Ron was very responsive and helpful and we highly recommend staying in his condo and we plan to return to Kauai (as soon as we can save up again).   This is our 2nd stay at Ron's condo. We were here last year for our wedding and this year for our 1 year anniversary. I've visited the island of Kauai since I was 2 years old and never tire of it. I've done thorough research of dozens of condos and this one is by far the best on the South side of Kauai (or in my opinion, the entire island!). For our anniversary trip back I did look at other condos since there would only be 2 of us visiting but even the popular oceanfront Kuhio Shores couldn't tear me away from staying at Ron's place. Even though it's a 2 bedroom, I told my husband I will pay extra to stay there again. That's how beautiful his place is. (We did end up bringing another couple so it worked out perfect - and they absolutely loved it!). The location is in one of the prime spots on the island. It's close to absolutely everything needed. Shopping, dinning, beach. Parking is simple, never crowded and just steps to the front door. The 1st floor gives you quick access to parking and the pool. This condo has a gorgeous view of the sunset every evening and turtles & dolphins every morning. Newly updated it has everything, pots, pans, blender, dishes, spices for cooking, paper towels, coffee & filters, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap - everything really. Enough space for 4 - 5 adults without feeling too crowded. I love that the pool is literally 4-5 steps from the lanai. The grounds are kept up very nicely and the landscaping is gorgeous! The master has a california king, super comfy and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins, equally as comfortable. You can fall asleep to the ocean in the 2nd bedroom. We slept with the sliding doors open every night. Even in the middle of August, you don't need A/C. You get a nice breeze through this place once the doors & windows are open. The best place about this condo and the only reason to book is because the condo complex is SMALL. You're not sharing parking with 200 other units or fighting for a spot at the pool. Only 6 units in this entire complex and some aren't even vacant so it's like having the entire place to yourself. The owner, Ron is quick to respond and very friendly! I've dealt with other condo owners before and by far he's the most professional. Thanks for letting us enjoy your condo again Ron and hope to visit again in the years to come!

  My wife (43) , 3 children (12,10,9), and I (45) stayed at this condo for 5 nights 8/2011-wish we could have stayed longer, but we also went to Maui for 4 nights. If time permitted, one could easily stay at this condo and location for a lot longer. This condo is wonderful. It was immaculate, very modern, well worth the price, which I found to be reasonable. My wife is a neatness freak, in my opinion, and she was impressed, which is not easy to accomplish. It is on the first floor of what I would say was a 4-unit condo. Pool was 3 steps down from the lanai. Very well maintained grounds, very nice attendant was there every day. Hoses available, pool furniture, grill. Parking easy to access in the rear, 15 feet to the door. Beach directly across the road, maybe 30-40 ft distance from the lanai. However, when seated, you actually cannot see the road and are looking directly into the water, and the view is just fabulous. There was apparetnly a turtle nest when we were there (8/2011), and we walked across to watch the turtles. Perhaps in choosing Hawaii condos, the view was my foremost concern, and the view here was just great. It would live up to any reasonable expectation; pretty expansive, no obstructions. It is a rocky beach, but I observe that there are relatively few sand beaches anywhere in Kauai, except at the actual beach parks. We went to several beaches, (Ke'e, Tunnels) and I believe that the nicest of these was Poipu Beach, which is about 5 minutes from the condo. There, we snorkeled (nice reef), kids rode boogy boards, nice area of coral to explore, and there is an unusual geography in which the waves come toward each other, making an unusual and fun area of colliding water...which the kids loved. Condo is extremely well-stocked (extensive quality kitchen supplies, beach chairs, boogie boards, towels), Ipod compatible radio (my daughter liked the radio, which she figured out how to plug my wife's IPOD into), flat scr TVs, DVD + movies (we watched a movie the last night, very nice beds-large king, two singles, fold out couch is high qualtiy. Furniture is nice, privacy was excellent, very large safe (held my 17" computer) (Please note the neighborhood and unit seemed very safe, even apart from the safe), granite countertops, tile floors throughout. Very nice washer/dryer. I cannot recommend this condo highly enough. If we go back some day, we will not even look anywhere else.

  This is our 2nd trip to Kauai and Ron's accommodation was by far the best! I don't want to rave too much and let the cat out of the bag...but it really beats out all the 4 & 5 star properties on the island. Perfectly situated for all the activiites; nice size so it doesn't feel like a hotel room; all the amenities including washer/dryer; friendly property manager (Terrie) and above all...quiet except for the relaxing sounds of the ocean directly in front. The majority of the time, the pool (shared by 6 condos) was empty and the bbq available. We are already planning our return trip to this picturesque spot in Poipu. Thanks Ron!

  Most memorable vacation ever- trip of a life time!!!! We began our 10 night vacation on 7/6/11, and the place, location, accomodations were wonderful!!! Ron, the owner was great with all our pre-vacation questions and was very prompt to reply. We scheduled a luai, helicopter ride, caterman snorkeling/ scuba diving trip, ATV trip, and horseback riding activites during our first few days there and filled each morning with an "adventure" - including Waimea Grand Canyon, Queen's Pond, and the north shore and tried different beaches in the afternoon. We really feel like we got to see it all! It was SO convenient to have chairs, a cooler, and beach towels to use! It was perfect for two couples! A few weeks after we got home, both couples experienced northeastern flooding and one party member was shockingly diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer - never smoked, never sick, no symptoms other than what she thought was an annoying cough. So - for the four of us - this trip was meant to be, and gives us comforting, happy thoughts when life gets tough. We are so grateful and blessed to have experienced paradise in this wonderful condo!!!!! The "Hoover's and "Parfitt's"

  Our family of five, including our 15 year old grandson, fit perfectly into this beautiful condo. From the moment we stepped in we were awestruck by the beautiful setting and marvelous accommodations! The convenience of the pool was fantastic. We made good use of the gas-fired grill for fresh fish dinners. We also loved having door-side parking. We would/will stay here again when we have the opportunity. Also, it was very good value for the location and amenities. Now we close our eyes and re-live our breakfasts on the lanai looking out at the Pacific. Thanks for sharing your beautiful Kauai home with us for 10 days.

  Our family of five (three teenagers) just returned from enjoying 10 days in this condo. The location of the condo was perfect for us, and we had a wonderful memorable vacation. The condo had all the necessary items we could ask for, it even had beach chairs, a rolling cooler and boogie boards. We utilized the BBQs a couple of evenings and they worked great. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and in order to do laundry. We thoroughly relaxed as a family and enjoyed many beaches, hikes, farmer's markets, shopping and all the waterfalls. We saw sea turtles everyday in the ocean right across from the condo! The heavy waves the last two days of our stay provided a good opportunity to watch the surfers from the condo. Thank you Ron for the excellent accomodations and communication. And thank you for quickly returning our deposit. We certainly hope to return soon as a family!

  What a fantastic getaway to re-charge! The owners anticipated our needs and saved us having to run to the store on our first night by providing all of our essentials. Being tired from the long trip over, we had a wonderful night's sleep in comfortable beds with our choice of comfy pillows. The wonderful never ending ocean breezes kept our unit always at the perfect temperature. And what a beautiful property and breath taking views. Each morning I started the day doing an hour yoga workout while looking out over the Pacific. With the swimming pool a few steps from the living room, it felt like it was our personal pool. The location is perfect for having everything you need within walking distance to a small local mall. The south shore of Kauai is by far the best location and this is the best property we researched and have stayed in. It is going to be difficult to leave this idyllic spot, and we can't wait to return.

  We walked in the back door and were immediately happy that we selected this condo! The accomodations were perfect for the four of us. The plan was to be able to get up in the morning, have breakfast on the lani and then walk down the couple of steps to the pool in the "front" yard. Well, it rained the entire time we were there, but if the sun were out, it would have been perfect!! We did manage to take walks in the area, and it's in a great location for taking a walk. Right across the street you can watch the sea turtles. We prepared several meals in the condo, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Close by are some excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities. We drove to the west end of the island in search of the sun, and the condo is equiped with beach equipment, including an ice chest. It's also equiped with umbrellas, as we unfortunately needed them. Parking is easy right behind the condo and just a few steps to the door. I think the condo is in the best location in the complex. It's downstairs and doesn't get the direct afternoon sun heating up the rooms. Ron was great to work with. Absolutely no problems with the reservation and he promptly returned the security deposit. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo Ron.

  We went for spring break with our daughters. We did everything from surfing lessons to amazing hikes. We went to Costco on the way and hit a couple of farmer's markets for fresh fruits during the week. The condo and its location were amazing. Thank you Ron for renting us your great place; we had a vacation to remember!

  This was a very good place to stay. The owner, Ron Johnson, was very responsive. The unit is right across from the water. We saw turtles every morning by walking across the street. The unit is in close proximity to stores, etc. We didn't get the internet to work using the supplied password. We connected to another unsecure internet. May have been something we were doing wrong. I sat out on the deck one night with my sister. It was January. I was wearing shorts. I kept getting bit on the legs by something but it didn't hurt. I sat out there for about 2 hours and the next day my legs made me look like I had the measles! Good thing they didn't itch. Not sure what I kept getting bit by! We did see whales and dolphins from the Lanai.

  This was our second year at this condo and it was just as wonderful the second time around. The location is perfect- you can walk to the beach, restaurants and shops and see the whales, boats and sunsets while sitting on the deck. It is beautifully decorated with updated furnishings and flat screen TVS in the bedrooms and living room. The pool is an added bonus and there are BBQ grills just steps away. Both stays made us feel right at home. We've been to other places on the island and this one wins top spot- hands down!

  This condo is right next to the ocean located only a few minutes walk from the Sheraton resort with a beautiful beach in front. It is extremely well maintained and decorated with everything you could possibly want for your Kauai vacation. Dealing with the owner was a dream, our holiday could not have been easier to setup. Ron, thank you very much for having us ... we will definitely be back!

  We wanted to let you know we had a fabulous time in Kauai. Your place was PERFECT! From the fresh flowers when we walked in to every conceivable convenience we needed -- we loved it all. Thank you for sharing so many of your amenities with us. We loved eating our dinners on the lanai and watching the sunset each evening. It was an incredible vacation -- thanks to how perfect your condo and location are. Thank you. Oh how we hope we can go back someday.

  This condo is perfect. Not only is it located perfectly between the sunny west and the beautiful north, it is in a beautiful location itself. As much fun as we had out and about, we loved coming home and relaxing with the amazing view of the ocean. The inside was stunning and the pool was perfect. I highly recommend this condo. Ron is very easy to work with as well. Thanks again for a great stay!

  Stayed 5 nights in early October, and enjoyed every minute. The condo is just as depicted in the photos - very comfortable with high end finishes, and well stocked. An ideal location, with an awesome view from the Lanai. The owner and manager were very helpful, and Poipu was fun to explore, surf and snorkel. We would stay here again in a heartbeat !

  My husband and I took our first trip to Kauai in September and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The description of the location and amentities were completely accurate. In fact, the pictures and descriptions cannot do it proper justice. It is a beautiful place to stay. Sleeping and waking to the sounds of the ocean was very relaxing. We felt completely at home in the condo and enjoyed the privacy that the bigger resorts do not provide. The property and pool were well maintained and clean. The owner was very friendly, professional and provided information about the island that was helpful. We treated ourselves out to one "pricey" meal out and we have to recommend Merriman's Kaua'i at the Kukui`ula Village. It was one of the best meals I have eaten. Also, If you are a lover of burgers, you must stop by Duane's Ono Char burger on the East shore on the highway in Anahola. Kaua'i is truly a paradise and staying Alihi Lani was definitely a contributing factor.

  We stayed here for our wedding on August 13th - 21st, 2010. Myself, my fiance, my mother and father in law. When you first walk in the place is absolutely beautiful! The entire unit is upgraded. I wanted to make sure it was big enough for 4 people without us feeling too cramped and the size was perfect. When I opened the sliding glass doors to the lanai, breathtaking.... absolutely gorgeous. When you walk out to the lanai, the pool is 3-4 steps away, so it felt like your own personal swimming pool and patio. We love that the entire condo units were small. Only 6 condos in the entire unit. Only 3 were occupied. We usually had the pool to ourselves. We drank coffee, ate lunch and dinner on the lanai. You spend most of your time outside because the ocean view is spectacular, the sunsets are beautiful and you see sea turtles everyday! We saw rainbows on numerous occasions. The two bedrooms are separated far enough for privacy. Both rooms had a nice breeze, especially the master bedroom. You don't need A/C, don't bother! The tradewinds were perfect even in the middle of August. The folks that stayed in the unit two doors from us on top had A/C and they said they never turned theirs on. The bathrooms were beautifully decorated and has everything you need. This unit had EVERYTHING. Beach chairs, a cooler, noodles for the pool, beach towels, enough bath towels, paper towels, washing detergent, dishwashing detergent, and more. We didn't need to shop for anything but food. Every day we were loving the view and most of all the condo unit itself. I even emailed the owner mid-stay just to let him know how much we loved his unit. Ron is the best! He always answers emails promptly and is so sweet. Our wedding week couldn't have been any better. I am so glad we chose this unit and I wouldn't chose anywhere else to stay in fear that it wouldn't live up to Ron's unit. I promise, if you book your stay here, you will definitely NOT regret it. You will have beautiful photos, a relaxing stay and so much fun. I never wanted to go out in the evenings because I enjoyed staying out by the pool and watching the moonlight against the ocean. Breathtaking... This is the best unit in Alihi Lani. Steps to the pool, a great view and the closest to the ocean. Paradise can't get any better than this. We plan on staying here for many years to come. Thank you Ron for making our wedding week stay absolutely perfect!

  Our stay in Alihi Lani #3 was fabulous! The property is better than described and met all of our needs and more. The location, amenities, privacy and views were spectacular. If we are fortunate enough to return to Kauai, this will definitely be our first choice. Communication with the owners was prompt and uncomplicated and made our vacation even more pleasurable.   My family recently returned from a 8 night stay at Alihi Lani #3. Was definitely the best condo in Poipu that we have stayed in our 9 trips to the island. The description and photos were very accurate. The condo and grounds were immaculate. The owner was very responsive in making the reservation, and the property management took care of a lock problem right away. The interior of the condo is beautiful and luxurious. It was great to stay in such a small complex - very quiet, family-oriented. Caution to those with toddlers that can open doors - the pool is directly outside without a separate fence around it. No a/c, but didn't need it - even in July. Tradewinds are good, and this particular condo is located on the east end of the complex, so not much direct hot afternoon sun. Great for seniors or those with disabilities on the ground floor - parking convenient, no steps to the front door, and only a few down to the pool. Would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend to others.

  My wife, daughter and I had the pleasure of staying for 1 week at Alihi Lani #3 this past January, 2010. The weather was perfect. The very private, quiet and luxurious oceanfront setting is unmatched. In the past we have stayed in time share apartments, Hyatt and Sheraton hotels and other condominium properties on Oahu, Kauai, Maui, and the big Isle of Hawaii...and nothing else was comparable to Alihi Lani #3. It was just a short walk to such a wonderful white sand beach and great snorkeling. And, having the evening meal on the lanai while viewing the sunset...Wow! It was a week in paradise. A very strong positive is the owner and management group. The owner really extended extra care and concern in accommodating our itinerary. Hope to do this again next January. Thank you again for the wonderful family memory!

  We just got back from our trip to Hawaii I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the use of your wonderful tropical paradise, Alihi Lani. Our family had the best vacation that we can ever remember and great part was due to your beautiful condo unit. You did a beautiful job of renovating it; from the stone tiled floors, to the granite counter top, to the beautifully decorated bathrooms. The view of the ocean is spectacular and very relaxing. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the veranda and looking out into the pristine blue waters. We also would like to let you know that we thought that Parrish Collection did a very good job in accommodating us. The unit was well appointed with towels, soaps, and everything you needed to make sure that we were pleased with our accommodations. My family made the commitment of going back to Hawaii, but next time we want to spend the entire two weeks in Kauai, and hopefully stay at the Alihi Lani.

  The unit was just as described. It was perfect for a family of four adults and two children. Ron was very helpful in answering the last minute questions we had and locating a rental company for our infant necessities. It was great to wake up each morning and watch surfers, swimmers and paddle boarders in the water out front - not to mention the green sea turtles! Property Management is The Parrish Collection Kauai and they were great. When we returned the keys they were offering a discount for repeat customers. We will definitely be back!

  We especially enjoyed this condo. The location is top, Terry and the management crew were efficient (we had a minor leak under sink which was taken care of very promptly) and the condo is very nicely done. Big, breezy and perfect for the four of us.

  Our family spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful condo in November. The upgrades and furnishings are fantastic and I would highly recommend this unit to everyone. The views of the ocean are spellbinding from the lanai or poolside. We're going back!

  My husband and brother/sister-in-law stayed at this condo from 1/3/11-1/10/11. It was an awsome week and hard to return home. The listing descriptiion and photos of the condo are accurate and even better when viewed in person. The condo is very tastefully decorated and the beds are super comfortable. It was wonderful to be awaken each morning with the sound of the ocean and the birds. Each evening we had dinner in the lanai facing the ocean and pretended that we were the rich and the famous. The property with the pool and the surrounding landscape was lovely and very well maintained. The location was central. We went snorkling at Poipu Beach a couple of times and also visited the national botanical garden among other places. We visited a couple of farmer's markets and gorged ourselves with rambutans, longans, star fruits and purple sweet potatoes. We even purchased a 9-lb ahi from a roadside stand. We cooked it in a very well equipped kitchen. It was fresh and deliciious. Needless to say, our trip to Kauai was wonderful. - a little piece of paradise. It was great doing business with Ron who is friendly, and very helpful in answering questions and concerns. I have already recommended this condo to friends and relatives. Thanks to Ron for sharing his lovely condo with us. -- The Su's from Florida and the Cai's from North Carolina
