Accommodations:  Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Loft + Den, 3 Baths (Sleeps 8-11)

Luxury condo, recently renovated and nicely decorated 3BR/3 BA with den that in many units is walled off and turned into a 4th BR. Lakeside is located less than half a mile from Snow Park Lodge and sixty yards from the Snow Park parking lot.

We offer free Private Shuttle pick-up and return to our driveway during ski season. Lakeside condos are conveniently located on the Free Public Shuttle Route to Historic Main Street for world reknown shopping and dining, and to the surrounding resorts (Park City Mountain Resort and The Canyons). Lakeside offers a nice heated swimming pool with changing rooms and shower, and two common hot tubs.

Our condo is a spacious 2570 sq ft multi-level unit with vaulted ceilings, cable TV throughout and a 2 car garage. All bedrooms have TV/DVD/VCR. Living room has large flat screen TV/DVD. There is broadband high speed internet with WiFi throughout the condo and a printer with paper (and driver disc) if needed. Every other day "towel and tidy" is included. End of stay clean is financial responsibility of the renter (through our management service).

Ground floor:
Radiant heated Slate/Tile in hall and bathroom. No cold feet after skiing or at night going to the bathroom.

One full Bathroom - redone in 2004
One bedroom with 1 bunk bed, and 1 twin bed with a twin trundle bed
One bedroom with queen size bed
Bench with cubbies and sitting area for ski boots.
Large garage stocked with firewood and extra refrigerator (often with a few goodies inside)

Middle floor:
Den with brand new sofa bed (Queen size). This room is separated into another bedroom in many units.
One full bathroom with granite counters
Wrap around deck with deck chairs. BBQ grill available on request.
Fully stocked Kitchen with granite counters and new appliances
Dining room with large table, seats 12 comfortably.
Living room with the TV, gas starting wood burning fireplace
Vaulted ceiling in LR/DR with ceiling fan.

Upper floor:
Small loft with desk for your computer and our printer, a daybed with trundle in the loft.
Master bedroom with king size bed, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan.
Master bathroom with granite counters, two sinks, shower/bath

There are 3 additional outside parking spaces at the unit, yard space for building snowmen, sledding or playing ball (summer). This is a PLATINUM level condo in excellent condition and we ask that you please respect this family owned unit. No smoking and no pets please. Enjoy some of the best skiing in the world, as close to ski-in ski-out without being ski-in ski-out. Our goal is to make your stay in our unit very comfortable and hopefully have you come back year and year again.
