This beautiful end unit condo boasts a magnificent view of the open bay with a very large balcony and incredible sunsets. In the living area, you have 16 feet of glass doors looking at the open bay. Conveniently located next to the Roland Powell Convention Center on 39th Street within walking distance to the beach. It's only a short walk to Seacret's, Fishtales, Macky's, Fagers Island or you can take the bus for only $2.00 for all day.

Our condo comes with a full kitchen, sleeps 8 people and has a beautiful bay front pool to sit and enjoy the view. We offer weekly rentals as well as mini weeks. We offer an early check in at noon for your convenience so you don't have to waste your day waiting to get your vacation started. There is a dock for crabbing and fishing right out front of the complex. A boat dock is available to rent through the office which is on site.

Off season rentals for car shows, Festival of Lights, Christmas Expo, New Year's Eve, Springfest, and Winterfest to name a few. Why stay in 1 room for more money when you can stay in a beautiful condo for less and save some money for fun. Make your reservations early, this one goes fast! You will want to come back every year. Why the Owner Chose Thunder Island

We chose this property for the incredible view of the bay,and the wonderful sunsets. I love to hear the sound of the water. We have owned this for 10 years and when I get up in the morning and walk down the hall the view still takes my breath away. It is very quiet back there,but there is a lot of jet ski action which is fun to watch.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium

I love just sitting on the balcony listening to my Jimmy Buffet CD and feeling very far away. The sunsets are beautiful and so relaxing to sit with a glass of wine or a cool pina colada. It is right next door to the Convention Center which is very convenient for many of our guests. Seacrets a very popular restaurant and club is just walking distance away where you can enjoy a day on the bay just floating on the rafts or listening to live music in the sand.

    • My family and I spent a wonderful week here the end of October. It was a last minute trip and Pat was so easy and wonderful to work with. The pictures do not do this condo justice! Sunsets from the balcony are to die for. Actually the view from the living/dining room are spectacular all day long. The beach is within walking distance. I have gone to OC MD every year in oct/sept and usually stayed at a hotel after this trip I won't be staying at a hotel anymore. I will definetley be staying here again next year. Thanks again Pat for sharing your lovely vacation home!!!

    • I stayed in the condo for a long Oct weekend. I wished I could have stayed longer. The condo is beautifully decorated in every room. Very, very clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The balcony is fantastic, with lots of space and comfy chairs to enjoy the sunsets. I will look forward to staying at this condo in the future. Pat was wonderful. Very easy to deal with and a joy to talk to. Also, for those who eat in, the kitchen was supplied with nice dinnerware and pots and pans for cooking. -- Pat again, thanks for sharing your condo with us. We loved it and cannot wait to return.

    • What a beautiful and well decorated condo. We have stayed in many condos and this was the nicest. It is in a great location in Ocean City, close to alot of the main attractions. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a beautiful view of the bay. We really enjoyed our visit there.

    • We stayed in this lovely condo over Thanksgiving of 2008. We were vendors booked at the Christmas show right next door.This condo was convenient to the convention center(just steps away)it was clean, well kept, and well stocked with cooking utensils. The views were gorgeous and we would book again in a heartbeat.Pat left us a welcome note and called to make sure everything was fine. The price was fantastic also. Thank You Pat

    • This is a very clean condo and we are very appreciative. We stayed here last year for our anniversary and came back again this year. We watched the sunset over the bay---beautiful. There is a trolley stop straight out from the condo at the Coastal Highway. It is very convenient to catch the trolley and travel to the inlet.

    • We have stayed here every summer and words can't describe the detail in the decorating in this condo. It certainly doesn't feel like a rental. So clean and tastefully done. Convenient to everything....View is incredible...Just sitting at the pool is enought that you don't even need to go to the beach. But if you want to, it's right across the street. We were there for a convention and it was so convenient to be right next door. You won't be disappointed.
