We were extremely happy with our getaway weekend. The condo was beautiful. It gave you the "beachy" feel right as you walk in. The pictures on the Internet do it no justice. The view from the balcony was my favorite part. We ate dinner and watch sunsets all weekend. It was very easy to find and a walk away from almost anything you need. We look forward to going back very soon! Thank you for everything!

Lovely, bright condo w/ a great view of the bay from the 4th floor. Nicely furnished and decorated. Clean & well maintained. Has its own parking lot; parking pass provided. Highly recommended. Had a wonderful dinner at Fresco's.

The condo was lovely as promised, the view terrific and the sunsets were stunning. Nice touches included a well-appointed kitchen, lots of ice, wi-fi, cable, dvd players, elevator and fun decor. Clear instructions were appreciated and it is in a convenient location. The weather was great, too.

This condo was so beautiful and comfortable we didn't want to leave. When we walked thru the door for the first time it took our breath away. The view of the bay and the tropical decor was simply amazing. My 3 sisters and I have a "Sisters Weekend" each year and usually stay somewhere different every year but we booked next years trip with Pat before we left. We even decided to add a couple extra days to our stay next year. Another bonus was being right next door to the Convention Center. We really loved that we could walk to the show. I will certainly refer my family and friends. Thanks Pat & Jim, for helping to make our "Sisters Weekend" simply amazing!

I wish to thank the owners for sharing there magnificent place with us. It is by far the nicest ocean city property we have had the pleasure to stay in. Whether you are just relaxing after a busy day or looking for a hide away to enjoy the amazing bay view and sunset this is the place. From the moment you step in the door you will realize its more like a home then a rental property. Perfect for anyone attending an event at the convention center no need to fight for a parking space or have to cross the busy streets. We will definitely be back again soon !!!

My Husband and I were looking to take a few days off and just go somewhere and be quiet. Little did we know when we got the this place, not only would it be quiet, but gorgeous. Pat and Jim have done an excellent job making their home a place for others to feel at home. Everything you need is right at your fingers. And the sunsets are beautiful. MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN VISITING OCEAN CITY FOR OVER 15 YEARS. AFTER STAYING AT PAT'S UNIT, WE BOTH AGREE IT'S ONE ONE OF THE BEST EVER. THE PICTURES REALLY DON'T DO IT JUSTICE, IT'S NICELY DECORATED THROUGHOUT TO GIVE IT REAL COZY FEEL. THE UNIT IS IN THE BEST BUILDING....WITH A DIRECT BAY FRONT VIEW. IT WAS ESPECIALLY NICE TO ENJOY QUIET BAY THIS TIME OF YEAR. I ALSO FORGOT TO MENTION IT'S CENTRALLY LOCATED TO EVERYTHING OCEAN CITY HAS TO OFFER. WE LOOK FORWARD TO GETTING BACK THERE AS SOON AS WE CAN.

I have stayed at several condos in Ocean City, but this was one was absolutely the best for the views!!!! It was very, very clean and the bathrooms have been updated very nicely. We are trying to make plans to go back next year. We had a very quiet weekend and wished we were there for longer. Pat and Jim were wonderful to work with. Very accomadating and checked to see how we liked the place. It was wonderful. I have told all of our friends about this place. I would go back in a heartbeat.

We rented this condo during the off-season and loved the quiet mornings and evenings on the deck overlooking the bay. Being a corner unit it has beautiful views to the north and to the west. It had everything we needed for a great relaxing vacation!

The unit was very easy to find with a short walk to the beach and to the boardwalk. The unit offered a clean and spacious area. The unit was everything the owner had told us it would be. Once you stay here, you will always want to come back. The private balcony was spacious and gave us a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful evening sunsets on the bay. The free Wifi was great to keep in touch with work or to check out sites on the internet. It was easy to get to many of the locations we like to visit while we are in Ocean City. I would recommend this unit to my friends and relatives.

The Condo exceeded our expectations, we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the late afternoon/early evening having a drink and looing out over the bay. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we immediately booked for 2012, but for a longer period of time, 3 days just wasn't enough time. Also, we thought that the Condo was decorated exceptionally well, really depicted Ocean City and gave the feel of being at a beach resort. It was the only place we've ever stayed, were the owners called to make sure that everything was in order, that in itself was a plus, it showed that they really care about their guests.

Breathtaking View & All the Comforts of Home

When you walk in the door the view takes your breath away. You can eat on the balcony, but who can eat when you can sit, stand or lean and watch the water... We loved the view soooo much we slept on the pull out couch one night and it was super comfortable we also slept in the Master Bdrm and it was quiet, comfortable and we slept like babies. The kitchen is fully equipped to microwave a dinner or cook a Holiday Meal, elegant and casual seating for eating. The furnishing are all Hi-End, Guest Room is Super Cute Beach Cottage decor, Full size Guest Bathroom, Master Bedroom Suite is like Shangri La comfortable bed with private bath (ooo soo nice). The house came equipped with all cleaning supplies and ample storage. I cant recommend any activities or places to go, because we ordered in and stayed in because we did not want to leave. We had a Wonderful 2 year Anniversary Weekend. Thank you, Pat We never want to stay at any other location in OC.

First of all, thank you Pat for being accommodating last minute. Beautiful condo, could tell everything was new and really taken care of. Awesome views of the bay from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Really loved the décor, felt like u were at the Caribbean, very beachy. Perfect location. Would definitely recommend this place to others. Hopefully our next trip back this condo will be available.

The Pictures Online Don't Do This Place Justice

The view from this unit is stunning and the interior makes you feel like your in the Florida Keys. Pat you should be an interior designer! My husband and I had a relaxing two days. An even if the temperature was 25 degrees outside we still had a great time. Thanks for having such a nice place to retreat to.

An Awesome Alternative to Hotels

My wife and I were looking for something other than the usual hotel scene to celebrate my birthday. We've used the VRBO site to book mountain cabins before (most recently a couple of weekends ago) so we decided to give it a try for an offseason long weekend in O.C. All we can say is WOW! This condo is as advertised and more. As soon as we walked in the front door and saw the decor we knew this was the place for us. Very tastefully decorated and really clean & spacious. Quite a change from the hotel scene. The double sliders give an incredible view of the bay and the famous bayside sunsets. We loved it so much we were already planning a return trip on our first night there! You can tell that the Kelly's truly take pride in their place. Thanks guys!! Bob & Riley

Beautiful, Quiet and Close to everything

Thank you Pat for another wonderful vacation experience. This property is beautiful and I hate to share it with anyone...rent from Pat, just don't steal our week! :) 39th St is close to everything you need...short drive to Boardwalk or bus from the Convention Center; walk across the highway to the beach. Lots of room to relax, feels like home not a hotel...amazing views of the sunsets from the deck or go out the front door for the sunrise. This was the second year renting from Pat and we enjoyed this property much more than we could ever expect! Our 4 year old son enjoyed having his own room with a TV and DVD player. My husband and I liked not having to share a bathroom! The washer and dryer in the unit was such a luxury. There was a VW car convention in OC during our stay and there was lots of noise in town, but our condo was peaceful and serene despite all the cars parked at the Convention Center....an oasis!

Great time in Ocean City

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this condo. When you walk into the living area and the blinds are open, you feel as though you are on a cruise ship seeing how you are surrounded by the water. The place was extremely clean and decorated so nice. Our extended family stayed at various places in Ocean City this same week and everyone visited our place and all 19 of us fit on the HUGE deck. I would definitely stay at this condo in the future.

My mom and I just returned from our second trip staying at this beautiful condo. The condo has fantastic views of the bay - the balcony feels like it floats over the water. It's in a convenient location - close to everything. The condo is furnished with everything we need. We like to eat in and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. This year we had the surprise of beautiful new furniture. It's obvious that the owners take a lot of pride in their home and keep it very nice. On our first stay, last year, the tv quit working. The next day the owners arrived with a new tv. They are the nicest people and very accomodating. We like the condo so much that we have made this a Christmas gift for my sister and her family. I can't imagine that you would be disappointed in this condo. It's a great place to get away and relax. Thank you Pat for sharing your home with us! Kathy and Sandy

I stayed at this condo twice. Once for a girls weekend in November, then again for my birthday in December. Both times were wonderful mini vacations. Talking with Pat, the owner directly, makes the rental process so much more friendly. Pat is very friendly, and wonderful to rent from. The condo is beautifully decorated and such an enjoyable place to stay in ocean city. Pat makes sure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable and gave us many tips on where to dine. My family and I spent a wonderful week here the end of October. It was a last minute trip and Pat was so easy and wonderful to work with. The pictures do not do this condo justice! Sunsets from the balcony are to die for. Actually the view from the living/dining room are spectacular all day long. The beach is within walking distance. I have gone to OC MD every year in oct/sept and usually stayed at a hotel after this trip I won't be staying at a hotel anymore. I will definetley be staying here again next year. I stayed in the condo for a long Oct weekend. I wished I could have stayed longer. The condo is beautifully decorated in every room. Very, very clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The balcony is fantastic, with lots of space and comfy chairs to enjoy the sunsets. I will look forward to staying at this condo in the future. Pat was wonderful. Very easy to deal with and a joy to talk to. We stayed in this lovely condo over Thanksgiving of 2008. We were vendors booked at the Christmas show right next door.This condo was convenient to the convention center(just steps away)it was clean, well kept, and well stocked with cooking utensils. This is a very clean condo and we are very appreciative. We stayed here last year for our anniversary and came back again this year. We watched the sunset over the bay---beautiful. There is a trolley stop straight out from the condo at the Coastal Highway. It is very convenient to catch the trolley and travel to the inlet.

We have stayed here every summer and words can't describe the detail in the decorating in this condo. It certainly doesn't feel like a rental. So clean and tastefully done. Convenient to everything....View is incredible...Just sitting at the pool is enought that you don't even need to go to the beach. But if you want to, it's right across the street. We were there for a convention and it was so convenient to be right next door. You won't be disappointed.

This is one of the best Condos I have ever stayed in at Ocean City. It is by far the cleanest one yet. The view of the bay is so beautiful. You can see the moon shining on the bay at night. The rooms are a lot bigger in person. I love the personal touches. It gives it at cozy feeling. I can't wait to stay there again. Next time in the summer.
