A very nicely updated unit with Austrailian cypress hardwood floors, stainles.. heated tile in bath.
You absolutely cannot beat the location. Main Street in Historic downtown Breckenridge! Right across the street from the base of peak 9, one block to the Quicksilver chair lift. Across the street from a grocery store, post office and many restaurants.
Far, far better than ski in/ski out. You are not only approximately 3 minute walk from the main ski lift at base of peak 9, but you are in downtown Breckenridge! You absolutely do not have to get into your vehicle once you arrive - walk to restaurants, bars, clubs, etc..
Everything in the unit is brand new, new stainless appliances, new Queen BeautyRest Mattress, new Queen size sofa sleeper with 6" mattress, 42-inch LCD television in the living room, expanded cable and broadband Internet, wood fireplace with unlimited firewood provided. A 32" LCD TV in the bedroom. 1 and 1/4 bath, separate wet vanity in bedroom for primping. Vanity is antique, clawfoot cabinet with marble top. All oil rubbed bronze fixtures throughout bath and vanities, shower is all tile with real rock/pebbled floor and 8" shower head, granite counter top in kitchen; Heated tile floors in bath (thermostat controlled), Australian Cypress hardwood floor in living room, foyer, kitchen; Cut, thick, piled berber in the bedroom, knotty Alder doors & trim throughout....the unit is absolutely beautiful!
The sofa sleeper is comfier than most beds! The unit will sleep four comfortably!
Complex has heated garage parking, real wood fireplace with free firewood, broadband/cable Internet, expanded cable, laundry rooms. Top floor overlooking the mountain resort ... A beautiful comfy unit with a beautiful view in an absolute great location!

The photo's and description are exactly correct and accuracte in all aspects. We walked to our equiptment rentals at Christie Sports and we walked to dinner every night since we were just off Main Street. We enjoyed Michael's Italian restaurant that was very close and Breckridge Brewery was great too. The full kitchen allowed us to make breakfast and lunch. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo and I called the owner and he was there to let us in within 10 minutes. It was impressive after a 7 hour day of skiing and boarding on the mountain for us. The parking garage was wonderful for our car and the hot tub was awesome too! I would recommend to any of my family and friends. The location was perfect and we preferred staying on Peak 9 and 10, versus the days we went over to 7 and 8. They were far more crowded. This is an above average property! Thank you again for sharing your property with us.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Property perfect for two, we stayed for January Ski trip to Breckenridge. The unit is in an established building, so in the heart of town across the street from the Peak 9 base village. Modis was a great restaurant and the Breck Brewery is not even a block away. Interior refurbishment is brand new and the parking garage an added bonus (12 inches of snow while we were there). We had a little trouble with the Wifi, but after some advice from the owner, who responded very quickly to our question, all was well. Based upon other places we have stayed, a good value and perfect location.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
