Living room has 36 inch TV with surround sound DVD system, CD/stereo player with AM/FM, Sony Playstation with games and assorted board games.
Master Bedroom has a 20 inch wall mounted TV with cable, separate Master Bath with a door that leads to the outside deck and Hot Tub.
The house is on the water in the Keys subdivision. The water channel provides protection from the sometimes rough waters of the main lake. With just a few minute boat ride your on the main lake for the best fishing and water activities around. After a day on the lake you can dock up without worrying about your boat since the channel is always smooth and quiet.
With all the things you can do around the greater Clear Lake area this is a great place to get away.

This large getaway home was a great place for our family to relive some fanastic Clear Lake experiences. The home is comfortable and well equipped, and provides soothing relief after a day's activities on the lake. We enjoyed making our own gourmet dinners in the spacious kitchen, but there are restaurants in the nearby hamlets of Nice, Lucerne, and Clearlake, and the larger town of Lakeport. There are several nearby wineries to check out. We rented the property's motorboat for our stay and really appreciated that it was docked right off the patio, which meant we got early starts each day.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.

This house is centrally located on the lake, and convenient to head to Upper or Lower Lake from the dock. The boat that can be rented with the house is in good shape and great for tubing or skiing with the kids. The house is clean and well equipped and there are lots of beds so sleeping is very convenient. Nice little backyard with a grill and seating area also...
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.
