You will enjoy the morning sunrise and the moon glowing over the lake, as you relax on the deck sipping your favorite beverage in this pristine lakefront home. The house is located directly on the lake on a quiet dead end road. Terrific for biking and long walks.
There are many activities nearby during the Fall Season. This is Leaf-Peepers heaven. We can recommend great drives as well as nice places to stop along your route. Local Apple Orchards (wagon rides, apple picking, pumpkin picking, many roadside vegetable and fruit stands) are just a few minutes away.
The location is at the foothills of the Adirondacks where you can find many mountains to climb and scenic beauty.
Lake Placid is just a short 50 minute ride, where you can walk downtown and find several nice restaurants and plenty of activities scheduled at the Olympic Arena. Horse shows in the summer, Ski Jumping, Bobsledding, Downhill skiing, Cross-Country skiing, etc.
Montreal is only 60 minutes away, where you'll see many fine restaurants (some of the finest in the world), shopping, professional hockey and football. There's also a great amusement park called LaRonde (60 min), a drive-thru Zoo - Park Safari (45 min).
And not to mention a gazillion things to do in and around the lake. If that's not enough to keep you busy, just relax by the swimming pool and do nothing...
